It's listing all the timezones it knows about because it can't find "GTM-4:00". Try "US/Eastern".

It's usually easier to use something like pastebin.com for big log files.

YES IT WORKS. Finally!

Thanks so much! So sorry for wasting your time but it's much appreciated! So grateful!

Have a great night and week! See you around Big Grin

Hurrah! Smile

Can you see why people pay the $25 to SchedulesDirect now? Wink

Aha yes I can Big Grin I'm quite happy now that I don't have to pay it. It's cool making your own TV guide - gives you a sense of accomplishment! Cool Going to make TV Guide Fullscreen the ultimate TV Guide!

Thanks again for help! Wink

0.0.175
- TheLogoDB.com for missing channel logos

You can now find missing channel logos from TheLogoDB.com.

Settings \ Logos \ Use TheLogoDB.com Logos = Never | If Missing | Always
Only for xmltv sources so far.

You can also pick the channel logo in Main EPG \ Context Menu \ Channels \ Logo
from TheLogoDB | File | URL

Me again, everything is working great and it's adding the channels I want etc. The only problem is is when i open up TV Guide Fullscreen all the US channels I've selected have no programmes showing, just a "-" I scroll forwards to a later time and still nothing. The UK channels display their programmes just fine.

How can I fix this?
If you need anymore information let me know Big Grin

At a guess I would say the timezone for tv.com is wrong. You might just need UTC if it autocorrects the timezone itself.
In Denmark I need UTC-05:00 for the tv.com 10001 NY zip code.

You should be able to see a linear Listing for the channel with button 1 or Menu \ Lists \ Channel Listing

That still hasn't worked. Would you like me to send you some of the txt files so you can have a look at the code?

Did you force an xmltv reload with Settings \ Source \ Refresh on start?

Look in your guide.xml output file and change the timezone until the programs are at the right time.
I test UK channels with something like BBC News at 10 to see if the time is right.

Make sure the right timezone is actually getting through to the tv.com.ini file. Search for "timezone" in the file.

I'll try that later thank you! Big Grin

I just want to confirm that When inserting the time zone I insert my time zone?

I don't know for you. That's why you have to experiment.
Start with UTC.
Then try the timezone for the zip code you put in.
See how a program's start time changes in guide.xml and keep experimenting until you work out which way you need to go.

I had a look at the guide.xml code and it just shows the tv channel "Arte" and the programmes it had on.
However my xmltv.xml code shows the channels ive selected.

If you use my settings.xml it will end up in guide.xml.

The program start times are as
year month day hour minute second +timezone
2016 10 07 20 00 00
<programme start="20161007200000 +0000" stop="20161008000000 +0000" channel="I728.313143.microsoft.com">

No.

That is for you to read what the start time of the program is.

Copy my settings.xml exactly as it is into
/storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/script.webgrab/settings.xml

Here they are again in case you lost them.
Code:
<settings>
<setting id="config_output_folder" value="/storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.webgrabplus/" />
<setting id="exe" value="/storage/.kodi/addons/service.webgrabplus/bin/webgrabplus.start" />

The guide.xml is showing the right thing now. Yay! Just not searching US channels programme data.
