Do you rly know what to do with that patch file? Wink

You have to prepare a build environment (Visual C++ 2013 Edition), clone the git Repository, apply the patch and build kodi from sources.

seams no one wants to build dual audio kodi for windows again.... here it is... seams to work fine can't really test it because not near my htpc....

since RC3 came out I built dual audio for windows again.... not tested hoppe it works...
