 From your repo, the most recent version is 0.0.21 
From the main repository.primaeval.
I don't do releases for individual addons any more.
I just create them in the main repo when I change the version number.

 I have the main Repo installed, I deleted and reinstalled the add-on..  it says its version 0.0.21

I then downloaded the add-on from GitHub, it also says its 0.0.21

 That looks ok. Those errors and warnings are normal and shouldn't cause problems.

You get up early or your timezone needs setting.

That is "Addon Recorder" not "IPTV Recorder".
Addon Recorder records from addons and IPTV Recorder records from IPTV.
IPTV needs the xmltv/m3u combination.

primaeval - got it working.  works great.   Question..  can it record more then one stream at a time ?  what happens ive I set to recordings and then they overlap ?

 Good.
It should be able to record as many streams at once as your provider allows and your cpu and bandwidth can handle.

If you can give me some specific things to do to help troubleshoot this, I can do that tomorrow.
Try 0.0.81.
It should have fixed a couple of bugs with "Daily Time Rules".
I thought you were using "Record Always" for programs so I didn't check the "Daily Time Rule". 
I am using "Record Always". Have updated to 0.0.81....still no joy. Sometimes it will go ahead and give me the show json files into my record folder, sometimes it doesn't. Mostly it just doesn't record more than one episode regardless of how many/few tv shows I select. I can see where shows should be scheduled to start by looking at the json files date/time, and nothing happens.
Is there anything more I can do for you to help you maybe solve this?

 Something is recording so that rules out a lot of problems.
Try another NUKE.
Record something simple with just a "Record Once".
If that works try a "Record Always" for something with only a couple of future programs.
Make sure it isn't your streams. Test if they are reliable in the Kodi PVR.
Are there any more ERROR messages about exceptions in kodi.log?
If all that fails you can pm me your urls and I'll see if I can work it out from here.

i'm trying to set recording folder to my extern SD card on android box, but without success.
storage card is visible in system as /storage/fakeUuid and i can read/write in ES file explorer.
i created a recs folder "rec", but the IPTV Recorder won't set recordings to it and even create a new folder.
in kodi.log there is only this error: 10:43:41.896 T:18446744073432500528   ERROR: Create - Error creating /storage/fakeUuid/rec/r

 You have to enable "adoptable storage" to be able to write there.
Kodi doesn't ask for permissions to write anywhere other than its own folders, unlike ES File Explorer.
There is a dirty hack if you really need it but I wouldn't recommend it.
