they are intended to be on the main menu row where tv/movie/etc are but...
they should also be in the shutdown menu so if on a pc pressing "s" should bring it up and then scroll down towards the bottom for it

With Flix view you must use :

skin settings => background => brightness 



then enable :



and play with settings :

So when turning down the brightness to fix the Flix view it makes the fanart in the list views way too dark.
