Live works fine for me
You'll need to provide a full Kodi debug log.

I've started getting an error while trying to watch Shortland Street.
This is the error:
UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\u2019' in positiion 70: ordinal not in range(128).
Can you please help?

Been using your addons for a while so thank you!
The TVNZ add on has just stopped in the last few days, no updates waiting. 'Widevine licence request failed'. Well aware this is a hobby style thing so no rush, just letting ya know

Only on my Libreelec, android kodi with the add on is fine 🤷

Go to addon settings > advanced -> (re)install widevine CDM and select the latest
If you already have the latest - let me know

Hey Matt,
It fixed it for a bit after manually installing the slyguy input stream addon update it said was available, but then yesterday it had stopped again.
I do have the latest widevine so attempted reinstall but no change

working fine for me.
check your running latest version of the addon (0.20.9)
if your not physically in NZ - then test their website / apps work with whatever your using to appear in NZ as they often block most of those methods

Apologies, I had been trying the same episode. It turns out that literally one episode of one season isn't working. I should know better and troubleshoot properly, duh.
Last episode of Taskmaster season 6, ep 10. Works on TVNZ+ on my phone so assumed it was the entire Kodi app (wasn't keen on watching on my phone so had been waiting for it to work)

That was tricky but i found the bug
Fixed with script.module.slyguy -> v0.77.9
