great effort to add record option in kodi.
I have LE 9.0 and I installed ffmpeg tools addon and I chose the ffmpeg file but when I tried to choose record once I got this error in log:

userdata\addon_data\plugin.video.iptv.recorder\jobs

Are there any errors in kodi.log?
If it was ok before make sure that the m3u follows the proper format:

All I have added to the loading recently is to encode the name after the comma.
You could also turn on
Settings \ Debug \ debug menus
and
Maintenance \ NUKE
to clear out the old data.
It might be necessary to delete the addon_data folder.
userdata\addon_data\plugin.video.iptv.recorder
the syntax from m3u is like yours. some streams are https instead of http.
I uninstalled an clear the addon_data folder

but all my telekom streams don't show in channel groups. neither in "Deutsch" still in "All Channels".
beacause of paytv i shorten the link. this is a direct stream.

Make sure tvg-ID is in lowercase as tvg-id.
Make sure tvg-id matches the "channel id=" in the xmltv file.
It might work if the channel names match the name in the xmltv but remove the tvg-ID="" attribute completely. eg

But it would be much safer to use it correctly.
I'm having a lot of problems trying to get all the ü encodings and decodings to work in the code.
Unicode is always a nightmare in python.
I'll see if I can take another look tomorrow.
In the mean time try to keep it ascii if you can.
