Also, how can I change the background wallpaper of the skin? Thanks!

The background seems like it doesnt show, unless you change the background style option to "Overlay" in skin settings. Even then the overlay is not very transparent, so the backgrounds are always pretty masked, which is probably a good thing for visibility reasons.

It might work if you reduce the xbmcgui dependency but there are few areas that rely on features in the skinning engine that were added with Leia, so it is highly likely that some areas will be broken.
Ok thanks man, I will just use Zephyr on that machine.

Hi.
During development you suggested something to replace text title of movie with clearlogo. Could you move in this direction?

Thanks. Regards

Hey Jurialmunkey,
is it possible to change the "2x06" to "S02E06"?
I don't know if this is a KODI setting (I couldn't find any) or could be added to the skin :-)

That is the label as declared by the add-on you're using, not by the skin or Kodi.

I do notice that if you set a home menu item to open Submenu popup it is not clickable with a mouse.

I recoginzed some small issues.

The button "GUIDE" looks cut off:

If you focus the button "GUIDE" it looks as expected
It's a Kodi bug with auto width - I haven't been able to find a work around. The only option if you're encountering this issue is to disable auto width buttons in Skin Settings > Home

Today I recognized that I see this issue only at my windows 10 pc, not at my nvidia shield tv with android tv. But your auto width workaround works as expected.

Maybe you see a possibility to show the description of the recording somewhere.

I would've thought that recordings would show a thumbnail but it seems like they don't - so I've now changed it to square list.
Also for recordings/search/timers you should be able to toggle between list and landscape views from the left menu - landscape will show info.

Thanks for this hint. I can‘t see your change. Is your repo in sync with github? I am on 0.1.64 from your repo.

Did you develop this your self or is this the latest version from jurialmunkey‘s github?

Hi @jurialmunkey,
Thanks for the awesome skin, I am having an issue though. Navigating through main screen widgets seems to be buggy for me though. It takes 3 clicks to move between widgets vertically. 1st click - focus is lost from the currently selected item, 2nd click - 1 hear the button press sound but nothing happens, 3rd click - focus moves to the next widget. I don't know if others are experiencing this too. I could record and upload a video if need be.

I meant to report this but never got around to it. By any chance do you have disabled widgets in your Skin Settings. I've noticed that it still focuses on Disabled Widgets which causes the extra click you mentioned. If you delete these Widgets instead of disabling them it fixes the issue.

You are absolutely right!!! I deleted the disabled widgets, and it is working perfectly now. Thanks.

How is it possible to show a poster instead of a station logo? I am using tvheadend (4.3-1857~g221c29b40) for the pvr backend.

What do you think about making the list a little bit smaller to show the description of the recording/timer like it is the case here between title and widget?

Didn't get a chance to update you yesterday. The "up next" in the channels guide is indeed fixed. And you were correct that season/episode info does not populate.

The recordings folder looks like this now (previously reported by hoppel118):

https://i.imgur.com/7ayUInU.jpg

And lastly, the "find next" activity is returning date and time info, but no season/episode or plot info. Curiously, in AH the lag time for info return is 45 seconds to a minute while in Estuary its almost immediate. Now I have really poor internet speeds (ah, the joys of rural living), so my assumption (yeah, I know Smile ) is that AH is reaching out to gather the info while Estuary is feeding from my Schedules Direct file. Not sure that's relevant, but thought I would offer my observations for what they're worth.

Arctic Horizon:

And Estuary:

Need I say it, but your work is making these trying times just a bit more bearable. Thank you.

Excellent, glad the next channel info is working.

With the recordings/timers/search folder, you should also be able to select the menu by pressing left twice (left from scrollbar) and toggle between list and landscape.

By "Find Next" do you mean "Find Similar"? I don't know why you are only get date/time in the top info. It doesn't look like that with me in even my simple tvheadend setup:

This is what I get with "Find Similar" using list view:

And in landscape view:

Also, I don't know why you would have a long delay in one skin and not the other. It is probably just a coincidence as skins don't do any lookups of data - a skin is just a frontend interface, all the data lookups and serving of data is done on the backend e.g. by the pvr backened, addons, and kodi itself.

RE: Arctic Horizon - mastonic - 2020-03-30

Thank you for this awesome skin. It's the only nice looking skin that I've found that works great with a mouse... except there is just one problem. Everything in the skin works with a mouse except for the "Play", "Trailer", "Watchlist", and "Overview" buttons in the Information screen. They just don't react at all. Is there any way to make those buttons clickable?
