I don´t know, try unzip skin manually on addon folder (userdata).
Remember you are using skin for helix.

I think Aeon MQ 6 2.4.0 beta is not compactible with Jarvis,How do i get the version that you are using.

I have verified this works using 5 different boxes. Install Helix 14.2, download/setup the skin how you want. Download/install latest jarvis nightly. Skin loads fine with all settings!
*EDIT* Obviously you can't see any new windows that Jarvis uses as they aren't physically there in the skin. I can't speak for PVR, but everything else works just fine!

I uninstall Jarvis
Install Isengard
Load the Aeon MQ 6 2.4.0 Skin
Install Jarvis
The problem i am having now are:mouse it missing and all the menu doesn't have solid tab.

LOL, just do as I said and you will have a functioning MQ6 in latest Jarvis nightly. I just did it again about 15 minutes ago for another computer. Uninstall any versions you have, install helix 14.2. Install MQ6 and setup everything the way you want. Exit and install latest Jarvis nightly ontop of your current 14.2 install. Start kodi and it will look EXACTLY the same as Helix.

I just formatted my pc to install Windows 10 Insider Preview build last night and for the 8th time, those steps have worked to get MQ6 in Jarvis. Maybe it's because I've started fresh every time? Make sure you delete your userdata folder before installing Helix 14.2. If you still can't get it to work, let me know. I'll make a video for you, but I am not doing anything other than what I have already posted.

Ok, so I was sitting here smoking and I couldn't wrap my head around why yours wouldn't work. I went ahead and did everything I told you with a fresh install and I got the same results as you! Now, I know the ONLY thing I changed that I did NOT tell you was that I don't download aeon everytime. Mine is heavily modified, but structurally (folderwise) there isn't any difference. I then remembered that I extracted the textures.xbt file in mine. I went ahead and extracted the newly downloaded textures.xbt file, started kodi with no issues! So, basically here are the new steps lol:
1. Install Helix 14.2
2. Install Aeon MQ6 and all dependencies
3. Install latest jarvis nightly
4. Download and run texture tool: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=201883
5. Extract textures.xbt from: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\skin.aeonmq6\media\
6. Place newly extracted textures file into the same folder: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\skin.aeonmq6\media\
7. Delete textures.xbt
8. Run kodi
*EDIT* If you haven't changed anything since we talked last, you might be able to just do steps 4-8 and be all good. Let me know how it goes!
