Added Christmas theme for those who are into that sort of thing, you can only see it from the last week of November to the first week of January. Pretty sure everybody will be well tired of it by then

You need at least one of the following Movies, TVShows, Music Videos or Music properly setup and in the Database. Make sure you do not have the "Global Option" enabled in the background settings & that the "Holiday Theme" is not enabled. Then in the "Home Menu Items" you can enable "Live Backgrounds" for various items providing they match the correct content eg: Movies TVShows etc.

I think I have read a discussion about this before, but was wondering if it is possible to add more than 5 addon shortcuts to the home screen? Out of all the skins I've tried, CCM is the best but I would like to be able to add more shortcuts. I think I remember this being the case from the old confluence lite mod that is no longer working. I also see this option in the hybrid skin, but you are unable to add favourites or video nodes as shortcuts in this skin. Great job on this skin Mudislander.

@Mudislander: I have a new request
In the Transport Controls, on the Fullscreen OSD, would it be possible to have a new button that executes the 'Back' command (or replace the existing 'Home' button with this) ?
The reason I ask is that on both the aTV2, or when using a Touchscreen device it is not possible to go 'Back' from Fullscreen mode to browse the previous list (be that a list of Videos, or a TV Guide EPG, etc, etc) AND leave the existing video playing in the background.
This is because on the aTV 'Back' (Menu button press on the aTV remote) executes 'Stop' from Fullscreen mode, not 'Back'.
On a Touchscreen device, its even further impossible, except by pressing 'Home' and then making your way back to the relevant AddOn and drilling down to the list - not very practical or convenient.
For a better example of what I mean, when playing Music in Fullscreen mode an extra 'Playlist' button is added to the transport controls. This is at least better, but it still only takes you back to the currently playing list, NOT the List you were previously browsing before you pressed 'Play' (eg: Music > Genres).
A true 'Back' button would be very useful in both cases
What are your thoughts?

@jmh2002 a "back" button sounds like it could be useful, the "playlist" button in music was added as a request some time back, didn't add one to the videos section as on average they are way longer than a song
Will add a back button to video OSD or change the "Home" button to a previous screen button.Re Your cover art not showing up on the OSD menu, I cannot reproduce this on my system. Do you get the same issues with other skins eg Confluence uses the same global search script & quite a few skins use the widgets script..

Actually there does seem to be a small niggle I need to track down, reinstalled the Mod on a brand new system & it complained as being broken due to unmet dependencies, could be bumping up tvtunes to the new version 4 ? Anyway I'll find the problem.
The other issue I've seen happen is if you switch to this Mod from another skin which is running a theme other than default. XBMC then tries to load that same theme for the MOD - which obviously fails resulting in missing graphics etc.

I've always resisted doing that - Can't understand why you guys always want so much stuff on the home screen
Can't you use a submenu instead ?

Actually this MOD was done because of the pi - didn't like the way all others skins were going on diet just to run on one
However there have been a couple of guys that have run it just turn off the options that move eg cdart, scrolling etc.

I use it on my pi with no problems.
One very small niggle is I'm running raspbmc. In the submenu under settings one of the tabs is labelled openelec os. Can this be changed to meet whichever os is being used?
