...continuing from my last post regarding the Widget Selector lockdown and Music Visualisation furniture fadeout mods: I created the lockdown fix for the Widget Selector, but it was @jasn who supplied the Music Visualisation furniture fadeout solution.

You have to alter multiple animations to make this work right. Find "<!--Caratula normal-->", "<!--Trasera caja set-->", "<!--Trasera caja set reflejo-->", "<!--Trasera caja-->", "<!--Trasera caja reflejo-->". These are difficult to time just right.

Hi! After watching the "symptoms" for some days, I have to say, that now it's working well with the slideshow. Also the log doesn't show errors concerning this. Only the embuary helper shows error messages, but has nothing to do with the slideshow?

I use extrafanarts for my movies with enabled artworkbeef in the view settings. But when i use the netflix addon, is here only the addon background, when i change to "standard background", then i see the tv show or movie background. But this setting is global, so i also have only the standard background with my movies. Is it possible to change something, so that i have standard background with netflix and extrafanarts with movies and tv shows?

I have an updated version of the Colored Media Icons Add-on. It applies only for the audio/subtitle flags in MQ 8.

I think there is only a texture file inside the zip, so yeah, it's a manual install.

I found the error displaying the Movie Sets disc. It wasn't a skin bug. I just had to delete the simplecache.db file. After that everything was displayed correctly.

Coming back to this because it doesn't seem correct, but are others having the same issue in Music Fullscreen, set to Slideshow+Viewing, the artwork displays in front of the visualization? Using Artist SLideshow 3.0.0 (or 3.1.0), BTW.

I'm experiencing an old issue I already had at the time of MQ7 Kripton... previously already fixed.
in Widget view for TV Shows (I'm using playlists) the Starring isn't displayed correctly because actors for movie with the same name are displayed instead of actors for TV Show. Currently the starring is not displayed at all for TV Shows.
Many issues I'm experiencing in music visualization
+ in music-artists view, extrafanarts are displayed with delay for some artists and not displayed at all for some others, even after several time
+ even if "SHOW SONG AND ALBUM ARTISTS" option is disabled, in the right list view, not only album artists are displayed. For example, I have an album of an artist, featured by another artist, the featuring artist is displayed too in the list
+ discart is not displayed during song playing with layout 3, discart is displayed with layout 4 instead
+ With Similar artist (Johnybee mod) enabled, tha banner images work, the albums list works (both names and images), similar artists no fully works (no images found, only names are displayed)
+ Animated lyrics by manfeed enabled. The text overlaps with similar artist. The two mods didn't interfer each other in MQ7 (if I don't wrong)
+ music visualization bars (shadertoy) are displayed but they are always turned off. They are not lighted at music rhythm
I'm using Kodi leia 18.5, last update of MQ8 multimod on MINIX NEO-U1 android tv box

The animated focus surround should work for both KodiFlix and KodiFlix TV. It is the same image used for both views. Not sure why you would only see it for Movies.

@latts9923 Thanks for any attention you can give this issue. I had some discussion with the Artist Slideshow developer HERE. Another user also replied HERE, but I don't know if its related. I may be able to make some changes myself and will report back.
BTW, I am using Layout 3, if that matters.
