RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - serieofilo - 2012-04-17 Hello, I have my library scrapped using a combination of FilmAffinity, TheMovieDB and TheTVDB from withi XBMC. I have all the library exported (with fanarts) to individual files to the movie directories. I was trying to find a program that creates a list of my movies from the XBMC library but I've found nothing. Then I've tried to get a simple program that does this list (I've tried several ones). Basically I've started to use EMDB and Ember. My question is: is it possible to use Ember for generating the list of movies? (i.e. can Ember use the info/files in the hard disk instead of scrapping it again from IMDB in English?). Thanks. AW: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - DanCooper - 2012-04-17 Yes, Ember import all local nfo and can export to a list or html/website RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - tedappleberry - 2012-04-18 I just scraped my collection, great stuff! I have multiple clients attaching to my movie collection. I am thinking of going the MYSQL route. If I copied the sources.xml file and advanced.xml from a workstation alreay set up to use MYSQL would all of these workstations use the same scraped data on the server? I don't want each workstation to have to scrape itself. Thanks! RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - danz0l - 2012-04-18 what size covers are people getting with this ? think the max i've seen is 666x949 yet with olympics addon on v1.2 i was getting above and over 1000 x hires cover scrapes. I download always the highest if aviable (1000x1500). XBMC resize the covers to the optimal size on database import. I think the minimum for covers is 500xXXX to get a good quality in XBMC. RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - danz0l - 2012-04-18 I'm not seeing 1000x1500 covers on any scrapes like i did with Olympics plugins. Mmmmmmmmm Have thumbs set to extra large too. Any ideas ? Scratch that, they are all on the bottom of the list as multiple, not on the top LOL. Excellent job guys AW: RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - DanCooper - 2012-04-18 Ember Version? RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - danz0l - 2012-04-18 V1.3, latest. RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - DanCooper - 2012-04-18 (2012-04-18, 11:14)danz0l Wrote: V1.3, latest. 1.3.0.5 have a bug with SQL. Please use my fixed version 1.3.0.5 Fix2. http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=116941&pid=1079057#pid1079057 Anyway, the covers from TMDB are mostly 1000x1500. I dont know which covers scraps the olympia scraper, but with the native scraper you get all in very high resolutions. XBMC resize the covers to 400x578. Manual scraping grabs the http youtube link instead of plugin link and does not convert it when you click set to NFO. With this version youtube trailer download works again as expected, thanks! Ah that fixed it, all covers coming down as they should now as well as great trailer support. Amazing job, many thanks RE: New Home for Ember Media Manager (Official Thread) - HiSoC8Y - 2012-04-18 to use your fixed version, do i just over write it? i mean, in order to upgrade, i just unpack over the existing 1.3.0.5 version that i have? will it retain all my settings and configs?
