I did a EPG reset (btw this removes the channel listing from schedules direct, meaning having to set it up manually after the reset) I haven't tried a full reset yet. Also even using the logos option within the channels section in the guide - this doesn't work, my logos don't show up when i navigate to the folder? It worked for me with a Logos Folder and a Logos URL. There are so many Logo options now that I wouldn't be surprised if one of them was causing the problem with SchedulesDirect. I don't usually use it. I have noticed that page up and down during playback doesn't do anything... If you use any of the logo folders in the addon_data folder make sure you copy or move them somewhere else because they do get overwritten by some commands. Some devices seem to remap the page up/down keys to something that doesn't work. I think FireTV has problems. See if the Keymap Editor addon can help out. The other thing is that some addons can kick you out of OSD mode and into normal Kodi Fullscreen video mode. The page up/down keys and the TV Guide OSD don't work there. Also the Right button in TV mode will put you in Kodi Fullscreen mode where the page up/down keys don't work. TV Guide Fullscreen is becoming a bit of a complicated beast now. Be careful. Currently on Win10 at the moment, but will fiddle with keymappings at some point. --Edit yes the Radio add on does as it loads up the vizualisation. I noticed if I turned off the visual for music that the stream will play bu i will be stuck on a grey (think its a texture) screen and then no commands work - i could bring up the power menu by hitting s to quit.... Other than that the OSD seems ok, would be nice if I could choose display OSD for x amount of seconds before closing? Sometimes I get "Stream failed" and can try to reopen them I have to use SPMC rather than Kodi for some HD streams. The iPlayer WWW addon for example stutters like mad in Kodi. It is due to the Video being started in windowed mode so the OSD can act as an overlay. Koying has managed to make it work much better in SPMC. You could try turning the osd off in Settings \ Playback \ Enable OSD Menu or even Settings \ Playback \ Use alternative streaming method. RE: TV Guide Fullscreen - possibly the most powerful TV Guide in the world. ;) - ködi-zömbie - 2016-12-14 With OSD ON its stutters like hell , switched it off at the beginning. Alternative Streaming Method not helping here already tried it. I try SPMC this evening. Thank you for the help and infos. BEWARE: On some devices in can't be zero or bad things happen. I can't remember why. Maybe I'm trying to forget. The Radio addon plays ok for me but there is something strange about it. It hangs Kodi for several seconds while it finds the stream to play. I get a spinning Windows mouse cursor. There is no osd while it is busy. If you use it a lot you can probably make an m3u playlist for your favourite streams by looking in the kodi.log file for info like this: I don't know how often they will change. Code: 09:03:40 T:5368 NOTICE: [plugin.audio.radio_de] get_station_by_station_id started with station_id=3243 RE: TV Guide Fullscreen - possibly the most powerful TV Guide in the world. ;) - FXB78 - 2016-12-14 (2016-12-14, 09:41)primaeval Wrote: I have to use SPMC rather than Kodi for some HD streams. However, the changes made in Krypton seem to have solved this and it now runs smoothly with OSD Mode on, for me at least. Will play about with things RE: TV Guide Fullscreen - possibly the most powerful TV Guide in the world. ;) - gillmacca - 2016-12-14 On to the next thing...lol I've looked through this thread, but cannot see any mention how it is done. How do you set reminders? Is it just from the context menu, or can it be done from the EPG? I've run out of buttons to make a shortcut. If you can find a spare button I'll map it up for you. All the potential Kodi actions that I can map to are at the bottom of this file: http://mirrors.xbmc.org/docs/python-docs/16.x-jarvis/xbmcgui.html The Kodi keymaps map real buttons to those actions. |
