RE: reFocus 1.3.3 for Gotham - Ds17 - 2014-07-15

Just a quick suggestion.
Could you display movie length time as hours and minutes rather than just minutes?

:-)

Well, the shelf / widgets will display whatever you have set it to. So, if you set it to use a smart playlist that only shows unwatched movies or episodes it will. Other than that I believe I have included smart playlists for unwatched movies and unwatched episodes.

Quote:It would also be good to have the episode thumbnail in the shelf for new episodes, so as to be able to distinguish individual episodes?
The widgets are pretty much built around fanart. I mostly use the watchlist widgets which only display one episode per show (the first unwatched episode) so I don't really need to distinguish them.

Unfortunately episode thumbnails are way too low res to use as the primary image here. As a secondary image, maybe...I'll have to think about it.

Quote:Thanks for the awesome skin!! Laugh
You're welcome, enjoy.

As an optional non-default setting...maybe, if there's a bigger demand for it.

Hi very nice skin Jeroen,

but now if i open add-ons on the normal way is get the message "laden..." but if i open like favorites in sub-menu from home i get just on top Add-ons "name add-on" and not the message that it is loading but after waiting some time i get the items from the add-on but some times it takes a while and i dont know if its loading or something is there any fix for that that it gives the loading message from sub menu ittems.

thx already for the theme great work ur doing.

RE: reFocus 1.3.3 for Gotham - haansplosion - 2014-07-15

Thanks guys, I figured out why watchlist wasn't working - XBMC had disabled the add-on. After re-enabling it works, and is awesome! Setting the shelf to display recommended episodes seems to display this as well, is this using watchlist? Very cool.

Jeroen sorry I should have been clearer, definitely meant as a secondary image as per your suggestion. Love the fact the skin is based around fanart! I think the secondary images would be a really nice compliment to the awesome shelves, even if used minimally - perhaps at the same height and position of the lower text? I trust you would make it awesome if you decide to go ahead.

Again, thanks! Awesome skin.

Upon further investigation I don't think it's possible actually. I thought it was, and if it is someone please prove me wrong

Yeah I've looked into that before, but I'm afraid there's not a whole lot I can do about it.

All the "window titles" are set through a variable which is evaluated after loading a window. When you're browsing your library screens "normally" they are already loaded and the "busy dialog" kicks in if XBMC needs to load content. Going straight into the content bypasses that "busy dialog" I guess. I'll have a look again to check if I can do something about it. If not, I'll make a note to bring it up with the devs to see if improvements can be done on XBMC side because it's not a very graceful transition I agree.

I'll make a note and think about it. Not going to happen in the next update in any case though.

Soon Smile

I hope this weekend, but I've still got a couple of things I want to get in so no promises. The heatwave coming up this weekend is probably not going to help Wink

Thanks for the logs. Can I just confirm exactly which version of the script you're running (I can see you're running 0.3.5, but as that version is in development, there's a couple of different versions around.) Have you manually updated from Git, or do you have Jeroen's repo installed?
