OR is it the end for TMDb scraper for older Kodi?Thank you for confirming it still works for v15 4.1.8 does not work on 14.2 either. I will soon mark the scraper as broken for those versions of Kodi. You will need to update. Later I should have time to start from scratch (my main Kodi is running just upgraded, never rebuilt, from v16!) and will post more info and logs... Any news on this problem? For me it's not on recent titles but on old one too! And since I have started from scratch Kodi on my "secondary" device (a Bqeel connected to my bedroom's tv) I'm sure that the old titles currently not loaded WERE scraped long time ago. I have already tried renaming the files exactly as shown on TMDB site, I have also tried to move them on subfolder but still they are not scraped... Here you are a debug log https://paste.kodi.tv/okaxuxules.kodi Uhm... just before posting this reply I've reviewed these missing movies and, correct me if I'm wrong, it looks like the scraper wasn't using the file name but an internal metadata!! Into the metadata there is the tag movie name which does contain a "stupid" (to be polite!) advertising string instead of the movie name! Code: Complete name : D:\P2P\Films\Era mio figlio (2020).mkv Maybe the scraper can do a fallback using the file name if the metadata is not usefull?? When enabled it will use the original (untranslated) title when downloading info for a foreign film. For example the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) is the English translated title of the movie. The Original Name of the movie is 卧虎藏龙. If you prefer the English translated title, then disable the setting. If you prefer the original Chinese title then enable the setting. Yes we are looking into that, but it will be a slow process as the developer is away so don't expect immediate results. Your best option is to download the artwork manually. Change to the new The Movie Database Python scraper using the Get More button and that should fix the problem.
