Well that's embarrassing  Blush . At first I didn't know what you meant because they look fine to me. Then I tried another browser. Oops. I guess I can't delete them from imgur anymore. I grabbed these from my regular browser so hopefully they'll be viewable. If not, I'll repost tomorrow with another set. I won't get fancy; I labeled them in the order I first posted them.

Thanks, drinfernoo

Hi jurialmunkey, I was just on the Linux machine and the timer folder is showing correctly. So either my issue is Windows related or . . . . . operator error. Based on my previous mess of a post, I'm going with the latter Tongue . Hopefully this helps narrow it down; one way or the other.

Most of your issues were fixed in 0.1.84, your Linux machine probably has a different version than your other device. The repo seems to have stopped giving updates the past few days, you can get the latest version from github.

RE: Arctic Horizon - drinfernoo - 2020-04-09

Sorry, I actually updated it yesterday but forgot to push Rofl Got it updated today!

Thanks for your response, FXB78. The machines have the same version installed, but I will definitely update the Windows machine later tonight and the Linux tomorrow. Thanks again.

RE: Arctic Horizon - jurialmunkey - 2020-04-09

@piscdi - As FXB78 points out, most of these issues have been fixed as of v0.1.84 - Current version on github is v0.1.91

I've added season number to the info line for Seasons section.

You've always been able to add a Recordings widget.
Skin Settings > Home Customisation > Widgets > Choose Widget > Default Widgets > PVR > Active Recordings

Everything else was already fixed.

FYI - Latest version of the skin also requires new TMDbHelper version (v2.3.3)

EDIT: Nevermind, I see that you've already got it in there!

Are you able to install from the repo right now? I'm getting a "cannot connect" message Undecided

EDIT: I am able to push to it (just pushed 0.1.91), and can visit the repo addresses in my browser, but the zips folder is giving me a 400 error Huh

EDIT 2: At least one other user is having the same issue as far as I can confirm, so at least I'm not totally insane Rofl

I think my problem isn't just with the skin update. It seems that when I check for updates in all repos (or check for updates in settings) no updates are found. I've not changed anything since updating to version 0.1.82 of the skin but now I can't find any updates. I am connected to the Internet via a VPN and have tried a variety of locations, as well as turning the VPN off.

hey, the jurialmunkey alpha repository 1.2 currently shows me the skin version 0.1.82.

RE: Arctic Horizon - drinfernoo - 2020-04-09

I don't know what is happening, but I have pushed the latest versions to the repo, but am now unable to connect to the repo to install anything. You can try checking the repo for updates by choosing "Check for updates" from the context menu, but if that doesn't work, it often takes uninstalling the repo, rebooting Kodi, and reinstalling the repo again.

In this case, it seems something may be going on with GitHub, so if after reinstalling the repo, you can't connect to it, here are the latest zips for now:

Thank you, jurialmunkey. I downloaded v0.1.91 (and the helper update) last night; fantastic work as always. Everything looks great (love the season numbering), but I still have the "Recent Recording" issue; maybe its just me. I tried every conceivable way to parse the info in 'Active Recordings', but it still doesn't show me what I'm looking for (I had tried that widget before, BTW). Here are some screen shots that hopefully depict what I'm trying to illustrate. Sorry I can't point you to the exact script in Estuary; my complete lack of coding potential (and interest) manifested itself long ago in the Cobol and Fortran era. I've come to accept, if not embrace that personal limitation over the years  Laugh . But I stand in awe of those of you who do possess (and contribute) those skillsets.

Recording folders in both Estuary and Arctic Horizon show the exact same files:

Estuary

And AH

But the widgets return very different results. Estuary, which mirrors the 'Recordings Folder":

Image

And AH, which does not, regardless of the search criteria used in the widget (which is sorted by 'dateadded', 'descending' and limited to ten for this screen shot). As I stated earlier, I tried every conceivable combination last night, some of which produced some pretty crazy results.

This is not a deal breaker; I love the skin and will contribute shortly. Its just vexing, that's all. And its probably just me anyway, LOL. Many thanks, as always.

RE: Arctic Horizon - atown_steve - 2020-04-09

Jurialmunkey, thank you for your work on this excellent skin. I am new to this forum but have been around for a long time.. A little off topic but I have to ask... Your thought process and writing style remind me a lot of a guy I used to follow on the old WDTV forum. Were you ever involved with the showcase mod?
