For customize main menu and backgroud images, go to setting, submenu customize main menu, you have now new window with items menu, for each item you have options for change background.
Enter item with focus, set image, and done.
Thanks...I hadn't realised you were working with Kodi Jarvis and that were I also these would just pop up as I've used the settings above no problem to link already, just no animation to the images.
Might have to have a go and try the nightlies for the first time ever

That's the thing : I don't have static icons displayed if I turn off animated icons. I'll try to make a screenshot tonight.

Lately TVDB doesn't update, after many many attempts sometimes works, but mostly it doesn't.This happens the last 3-4 days.Is it just me?

None of ronnies scripts seem to be available anybody have copies? If you try to load them it doesn't even fail it just kicks you back to add on list.

Why there is no global search field on home main menu? Maybe i miss something and it is possible to activate it somewhere?
And in which folder i have to put in "Movie Genre Background Wallpaper" (genre fanart) files?

Skin MQ6 don´t have full support for jarvis, but work, only need change addon.xml file
aeonmq6/720p folder you find addon.xml, use editor xml and change code.
windows path is
users/yourname/appdata/roaming/kodi/addons/skin.aeonmq6

It´s no possible, don´t exist skin option for it. Only if you changed skin yourself, but for main menu items at home, have other fonts available, check skin settings, fonts.

Use addon global search, and create via customize main menu one item, it´s simple for to do.
enter and select global search addon and done, rename global search for search
For choose background image for movies genres, go to movies, submenu movies - genres (enter), now press left arrow go to top menu, have item for select path for folder with your genres images.
