Hopefully specials should now be fixed in v0.9.16-alpha3 https://github.com/jurialmunkey/skin.arctic.zephyr.2/archive/skin.arctic.zephyr.2-v0.9.16-alpha3.zip 1. Auto close works fine for me. 2. Glitch: Please correct the cut-off text in this view -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. Can you add an option to hide the logo which is visible over the fanart in this view 3. [Suggestion] Can the name of the movie/tv show below the poster & fanart be removed because it is already there in the list and is focused. In place of the name the genre could be added, or if not, could give the plot some more space to reveal itself, even if not, the poster & fanart can be made larger. This is just a suggestion from my viewpoint. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. Can you add an option to hide the name of the tv shows in this view and similar views... RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - bobhockey59 - 2019-03-24 (2019-03-23, 00:26)jurialmunkey Wrote:For the recent episode listing, I would second this request please. the poster of the tv show is there, yes, but only once that episode is hi-lighted. Looking down the list quickly it is impossible to see what new shows are in the recent list until they are hi-lighted and the poster is shown. I would be happy for the recent list, to loose the title in favour of the show name, or have the title show on the right in the description. Ah, just checking, the episode title is already on the right at the top of the show description. The original AZ had this (both) and it worked. Thanks again for a great skin!(2019-03-22, 08:43)mrsix Wrote: Is there a way in the "media info" or "Media info 2" view to show the tv show name for plaves like "Recently Added episodes" - it's kind of impossible to tell what show eah given episode is from given only the episode title. I've tried to make sure that the mouse works as much as possible across the whole skin. @jurialmunkey count me in as a mouse/tablet tester. I use Kodi on my HTPC with a mouse (I am not a fan of boxes). I am not posting mouse issues, because I don't want to bother you with this right now since the skin is alpha. The problem with different sized widgets is that the widgets will then be cut off half way down the screen (see screenshot below). Unlike Aura or Estuary, AZ2 has content shown in the bottom section of the screen, so there needs to be padding from the edge to prevent overlaps. Even if I disabled stuff like codecs on the home screen, having a setup like Estuary or Aura will break mouse support (which I'm making an effort to support in this skin). The only other option is to have a similarly size widget like in the submenu hub and then have an enforced gap between it and the next item - so that it effectively takes up the same space as other widgets, but just leaves blank space. (2019-03-22, 18:59)Weavus Wrote: Any chance you can add a new smaller size of panel for the widgets? I'd really love to be able to have one (or a few!) that's about half of the size of the current icon panel (about the size of the panels for submenu items inside 1135) maybe rectangle rather than square. I've playing with having a single homescreen for Movies and another for TV with no submenus but the minimum size I can make any of the widgets types is becoming a problem. (2019-03-23, 01:53)jurialmunkey Wrote: See response in this post (point 9) @jurialmunkey I saw people asking for smaller widgets because they feel that adding categories like widgets "look" too big. I think their problem would be "solved" if you add a new widget aspect ratio option, "Square with labels". In Aura a square item in a widget has the size of a poster item in a widget and it includes the label. Especially in AZ in which categories icons are not transparent, "Square with labels" would look very beautiful. Have a look at the screenshots AZ Aura RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - mark_dj - 2019-03-24 Not sure if it's a bug but with the Years playlist there's an icon called 1 that (I think) shows all of the movies. Can we rename it to something else, or fix it if it's really a bug? And is there any way to have the multi-widgets disabled for a specific home menu item so that it shows the background in full color (I want to do this for Settings, for example)? I'd want this feature because at the minute, some of my favourite shows have really spoilerish thumbnails so I've turned off episode thumbnails in Kodi settings but now all I get is black thumbnail which does not look nice. OpenMeta bypasses this somehow and shows landscape fanart for the thumbnails and it looks so much better. For comparisons sake, what it looks like vs what I want it to look like It would also help look nicer in this episode view which I love using RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - Skittles9823 - 2019-03-24 (2019-03-24, 10:00)olympus Wrote: @jurialmunkeyThat would look so good in az2. RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - tocinillo - 2019-03-24 @jurialmunkey Is there any way to put the widgets with smaller landscape as you put in the screen? even though the last widget is cut before the end of the screen... Thanks for this amazing job. |
