This is a very crude and probably flawed way to fix this issue, but it works fine on my device.

What I am suggesting to Bromix is to probably include an option in the configuration of the plugin in the manner of "Use MPEG-4 whenever possible" or something in that matter so that people with this issue could work around the problem and enjoy the otherwise excellent experience this plugin delivers.

This with the same videos I used for testing last week (and which with the hack of the video_info.py file managed to run OK in MPEG-4).

Is the fix actually implemented, or am I not understanding something?

EDIT: I saw now that other people were also asking about the same thing, so sorry for me being yet another one bragging about it. Anyway, at least you know that I'm also experiencing the issue, so I'll be keeping things in check and testing, if there is anything significant, I'll write you.

As the output shows, fmt code 18 (360p non-DASH MP4) is available. Attempting to play the video using 5.0.6~beta3, however, still loads the unplayable fmt code 43 video.

Hi,
I mean with the old plugin, I could add on the fly clips in the queue. It was the XBMC queue. And it was very convenient if you do not want to create youtube playlist . Unless there is a keyboard shortcut for this?
