That's what I did and it seems fine

Considering the many hundreds of hours I've put into the skin, I don't think it is a big ask to expect users to spend a couple of minutes manually installing (particularly when this is an alpha release).

If someone wants to take the time to maintain a repository for me, then I am happy for them to do that, but I simply don't have the time to do it myself.

I could do it if you'd like 👍

Hey, that would be great if you could!

My main requirements would be:
1. That the repo only contain AZ2 (and maybe horizon genre icon pack) - no 3rd party add-ons etc.
2. That I have editing permissions on the repo.
3. That updates are taken from the releases page.
4. That updates are made fairly quickly after I make a release (I don't want users to be multiple versions behind because then I will get heaps of bug reports about issues that I've already resolved).

If you're happy with those conditions, then that would be fantastic!

Do you have Telegram or anything that we could get in contact? I don't seem to be able to send PMs here 🤔

Have you modified the skin to use the track naming template? Or are you in files mode or something like that?
Because the play icon works fine on my end...

Is the feature to have an image slideshow as home widget already implemented and working?

I have set Home->Global Widget to a picture source, but home screen just stays black. On KeyUp press, the name of an JPG file is shown in the Spotlight bar. The same picture source is running fine in the picture browser.

I was just looking for that too.  It looks like it might not be implemented yet. When I go to Fallback image the choices are Single or None.

I was also wondering if I can change the font size for the menu items. I have a horizontal menu and the text is way smaller than it was in AZ1.

Global widget is *not* for setting backgrounds. You can set backgrounds for menu items in the home customisation dialog.

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove show ratings? I'm not sure where the ratings are pulled from but I really don't need them and the skin would be cleaner without them. I'm using a Shield TV. Thanks for any help.

RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - thomasfl - 2019-03-26

Ok - I misunderstood the concept ... found it now.

But do I understand correctly that the Background is a per-menu-item setting? In A:Z1 I could set a Multi Image as Fallback Widget across all menu items.

An then the icing on the cake would be a setting to change the update frequency of the image. The normal slideshow frequency is too fast for a background-type of image in the living room Wink

Yeah its only on a per-menu item setting at the moment. There will be more options for a fallback multi-image, but I just haven't got around to adding it yet.

Not currently possible, but there will be options in the future.

Any further updates on next up feature ? I know you said you were going to be working on this just wondered if you’d got any further with it 🤔

Also would it be possible to have a widget limit setting for both main menu widget and sub menu widgets ?

Many thanks

Ps - absolutely love the skin

@jurialmunkey
Is it known bug with the subtitle dialogue menu not disappearing when you adjust the subtitle delay setting?
On other skins inc Aura the settings menu goes away when changing the delay.

I haven't even got around to looking at it at all yet.

More widget options will be coming to bring hub widgets inline with the options available for multi widget layout.

Sorry I meant to fix this yesterday. I'll have a look at it when I'm home from work.
