RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - Davidsilva - 2019-03-25 (2019-03-25, 18:40)michaeljc70 Wrote: I've done a lot of customization to my AZ like custom menus (and really hiding everything else on the home screen). Can I copy those settings over to AZ2? Or has things changed too much and I need to start over with customization? That's what I did and it seems fine RE: Repo in planning? - drinfernoo - 2019-03-25 (2019-03-25, 10:05)jurialmunkey Wrote:(2019-03-24, 21:57)drinfernoo Wrote:(2019-03-24, 04:30)jurialmunkey Wrote: It's much easier for me to not create a repository... It's very time consuming to create respository updates, particularly when I'm making frequent updates. I could much better use that time for actual skinning. Do you have Telegram or anything that we could get in contact? I don't seem to be able to send PMs here 🤔 RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - jurialmunkey - 2019-03-25 (2019-03-25, 12:30)Skittles9823 Wrote: Would it be possible for the current playing track to have a play button to the left of it. AZ1 had that iirc but it isn't in 2 as of yet. Have you modified the skin to use the track naming template? Or are you in files mode or something like that? Because the play icon works fine on my end... RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - thomasfl - 2019-03-25 Is the feature to have an image slideshow as home widget already implemented and working? I have set Home->Global Widget to a picture source, but home screen just stays black. On KeyUp press, the name of an JPG file is shown in the Spotlight bar. The same picture source is running fine in the picture browser. I was just looking for that too. It looks like it might not be implemented yet. When I go to Fallback image the choices are Single or None. I was also wondering if I can change the font size for the menu items. I have a horizontal menu and the text is way smaller than it was in AZ1. RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - thomasfl - 2019-03-25 sorry for the double post, just realized I cannot edit my post anymore RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - jurialmunkey - 2019-03-25 (2019-03-25, 23:32)thomasfl Wrote: Is the feature to have an image slideshow as home widget already implemented and working?Global widget is *not* for setting backgrounds. You can set backgrounds for menu items in the home customisation dialog. RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - Baubas - 2019-03-26 Does anyone know if there is a way to remove show ratings? I'm not sure where the ratings are pulled from but I really don't need them and the skin would be cleaner without them. I'm using a Shield TV. Thanks for any help. RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - thomasfl - 2019-03-26 Ok - I misunderstood the concept ... found it now. But do I understand correctly that the Background is a per-menu-item setting? In A:Z1 I could set a Multi Image as Fallback Widget across all menu items. An then the icing on the cake would be a setting to change the update frequency of the image. The normal slideshow frequency is too fast for a background-type of image in the living room RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - jurialmunkey - 2019-03-26 (2019-03-26, 00:07)thomasfl Wrote: Ok - I misunderstood the concept ... found it now. Yeah its only on a per-menu item setting at the moment. There will be more options for a fallback multi-image, but I just haven't got around to adding it yet. Not currently possible, but there will be options in the future. RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - sasquatchjaques - 2019-03-26 Any further updates on next up feature ? I know you said you were going to be working on this just wondered if you’d got any further with it 🤔 Also would it be possible to have a widget limit setting for both main menu widget and sub menu widgets ? Many thanks Ps - absolutely love the skin RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - Nekromantik - 2019-03-26 @jurialmunkey Is it known bug with the subtitle dialogue menu not disappearing when you adjust the subtitle delay setting? On other skins inc Aura the settings menu goes away when changing the delay. More widget options will be coming to bring hub widgets inline with the options available for multi widget layout.
