thanks for the clarification about performance. then i guess it's jsut the bloated fireTV 4k Max. but i will watch out if this especially happens after updates and report
meanwhile once again the question about customizing the player's OSD:

Is there a way to disable "you have watched X movies ....." and the weather in spotlight when there's no info? It works perfect for all media and addons but for example when i'm navigating android apks where there is no info it shows all the time and it would be nice to disable it if possible. Thank you

You need to provide much, much, much, much more information about what's not working, what you've tried, specifics like what you clicked on, what you entered, what input you provided, what output you got, any error messages you're getting, and a log file if it's relevant.

Apologies if this is the wrong thread for this, but I just set up a Trakt Recommended Movies widget through TMDdHelper and for some reason there's no option displayed to go to the next page on the widget itself. I only see about 20 movies displayed and the widget simply ends there. I have the 'widget - add next page button' option enabled both in the skin settings and on TMDdHelper add-on settings. I'd appreciate it if you could let me know if I'm missing sth here. Thanks for your work! Easily the best skins on Kodi.

Unrelated to the skin or being a widget, and not just you -- it's not being paginated inside the plugin either. I'll have a look and see if I can spot the issue -- probably just forget to enable pagination somewhere when I was refactoring code.
EDIT: Turns out the API doesn't allow the list to be paginated even though it says it can be in the docs. It doesn't return "x-pagination-page-count" in the header and even if you manually input a page number it only returns first page. So mystery solved. No pages for Trakt Recommendations because the API doesn't support it properly

I can only change global spotlight in "Home" which is the hub active when you open widget editor for the 1st time. It look like this. You can see the spotlight path.
When I goto other hub like "TV Shows". You can't see the path and can't change the global spotlight.
BUT when I go back to "Home" it became like this and you can't edit the global spotlight. You need to reopen widget editor to be able to change your "Home" global spotlight again.
So I'm thinking I can only change my global spotlight in other hub if it is the one active when I open the widget editor for the 1st time. That's why I tried to move the hub to the top of "Home". But it didn't work, "Home" is the one always active.

@CouchGuy - Looks like there's an error with the "Hub" button in the command palette pop-up. Try using the hub selector at the top of the screen instead -- then you should be able to edit spotlight properly.
I'll have a look at fixing the button in the palette pop-up.
