Mud just put that back in a few weeks ago, No Way it should go away. RE: CCM for Helix - yabel - 2015-03-21 I looked over Hybrid and similar to confluence but will have to spend more time to test Hybrid. Just liked the look of logos for TV shows in Library. Thx for considering and will watching thread. RE: CCM for Helix - dkplayaclub - 2015-03-21 Been loving this skin, so thanks much for making it. I like to view my movie collection in "Media Info 3" view. I noticed that bringing up the left bar menu has some view type options which is great. I have a question about "Hide Logo". If I select it, the movie title will show up in the lower left corner of the fanart frame, so I am assuming the clearlogos should show up there if it's not selected? Currently, none of them show, even though I have logos for nearly all of my movies. Also, when I try to "choose art" there's no option for logos. RE: CCM for Helix - Koby - 2015-03-21 Hi , I stopped updating by removing the repo, for me version 3.0.13 is nearly perfect except the ability to choose favorites as widget. I dont wont to update because im happy with this version 3.0.13 ,everthing new that i dont like makes me angry for example the background changes with 3.014 and so on .................................................. I tried the shednox aeon nox skin mod.and wow it s very impressiv. if my zotac box wasnt so slow I would keep it,maybe i need some new hardware RE: CCM for Helix - Mudislander - 2015-03-21 I should take a look at the shednox mod. if it's that good - I could stop this MOD and let someone else do all the work, maybe I'd have the time to get my own system to run properly. RE: CCM for Helix - yabel - 2015-03-21 On a side note Mudislander.. Im curious what your setup looks like. Is it plan jane or full of all the bells and whistles? If you just want to have a quick look at Hybrid - Use the development version, actually have a small update for it - but am working on CCM right now - hopefully will be able to update both of them sometime during the weekend. Configure Artwork.Downloader to use local art and try running it again. Kodi database hasn't picked up your artwork and CCM runs on the database not the file system. Full of bells and whistles - When it's running properly Actually 20TB Linux server under the stairs running Plex (paid for) also full of automated scripts eg sickbeard, couchpotato, headphones, transmission SabNZB, TVHeadEnd and an automated ripper which allows anyone to put a DVd\BluRay into the drive which automatically rips and converts to MP4 - they stream better. Overnight another script moves any ripped stuff into the file system with all Kodi nfo's and artwork. Bunch of other scripts checking PC health etc Works well for months but sooner or later needs attention. Plex library is shared with on or two relatives. Then various stuff around the house, projector and amp in the lounge with Home built HTPC in Silverstone case so it looks good. Entertainment room has a smaller system on windows running off the lounge system via UPnP (The answer to my recent obsession with UPnP) Two bedrooms have SkyNow boxes with plex at a tenner each they're brilliant. Third bedroom has a (old) OpenElec system, but no one uses it. My main lounge system was OpenElec until a few days ago as OpenElec was acting very slow in running scripts. So I just threw Kodibuntu onto it, which does seem a bit faster once up and running - but I swear Kodi and Helix is running a lot slower than Gotham used to. Then this Win7 laptop I work on and usually is with me plus eventually I just got a tablet for fun - it's got Plex but I should put Kodi on it so I can check how CCM runs under Android. Mud just put that back in a few weeks ago, No Way it should go away. It's here to stay, probably should be able to turn it off though, but as I said lot more decisions for CCM internal code. Making the buttons brighter may help, must admit I've also got lost down there before RE: CCM for Helix - Mudislander - 2015-03-21 A screenshot for the next user that asks - Can I turn it off? - Before they even attempt to try. If it's not in the screenshot then yes you can turn it off! Edit - Now to get back into my system RE: CCM for Helix - flhthemi - 2015-03-21 Mr. Mud, I been thinking, usually dangerous, if there was (and there is, Thumbgen) a program that created fanart/backdrop and DVD covers and saved the results like this: Naturally it doesn't have to look like this one, just an idea of what can be done. The info and even the story line can be added and any of it can be placed anywhere in a 1280x720 image. I'm thinking how much coding it might save in a skin and thereby allow for more features. The down side is the user would have to use the program to generate his own movie sheets. The image I show here was used in a theme for my old WDTV Live Hub. RE: CCM for Helix - Mudislander - 2015-03-21 Actually now that you say that, I used to have a program that put posters into a DVD case, years ago - Think it might have been from Media Browser ?I'll have to look for it. Actually think it used the DVD cases that I now use. Another distraction CCM is hassling me ATM I've broken the widget for playlists and can't find the error - getting frustrated. Probably be pretty easy to do a blank view that used the sheet as art. Only problem it might take forever to load. Also "Most" users couldn't be asked to do individual pages for every video on their system. Yeah, well, it will auto generate the entire mess. Once you have things as you like them you can put it in auto mode and walk away. Come back and all your art and .nfo files are done. I'm tinkering with it now and, as you are stuck, so am I! When I get something decent out of it I'll put it up.
