I already had it half done so the github discussion was a good motivator for me to get the rest done.
FYI, there's a few little touch/click "hot zones" that also get added in that mode which should help out a lot with navigation:
Tap top/bottom screen edge to scroll up/down between widgets on home/hubs.
Tap bottom screen edge in library to bring up filter/view options.
Tap info panel plot area to open info (and tapping again in info will open the plot dialog overlay)
Tap left header area to close current window and go back.

I got only one problem with the skin. I use the Trakt addon, and when I finish watching a movie or a TV episode, its normal behaviour is to pop up the rating dialog, so I can submit my rating to Trakt. That is working for all the skins, except AF. I can't change the rating using the remote, and also can't submit it. Only the "Back" button is working which is leaving the dialog, and not submitting anything.
Is this a known problem? (I am using Raspberry Pi4 4GB + LibreElec 11.0.6 / Kodi v20.3)
It's not an issue I'm aware of but I also turn off the Trakt rating pop-up anyway as it annoys me too much (too many movies/shows I accidentally rated a six because it popped-up right when I was clicking something).
I'll see if I can recreate the problem and find out what the issue is.

You need the script.artistslideshow addon to show multiple images there. I'm not 100% certain if it picks up the fanart1 fanart2 etc. images from the library DB or only gets additional images from online but that's the only way in the skin to show a slideshow of extra fanart in the visualisation.
There's no discart in the skin.

Ah good point. Hadn't realised that I hadn't added options to add shortcuts or widgets for picture sources. Will fix that up next update.

it took an exceptional skin to get me to switch from my long term daily driver and "Arctic Fuse" is it, great work. I have a question, or it may be a request; when using the "Landscape View" on TV Seasons, it shows the default Show Landscape art for all Seasons:
When clicking up a couple of times and going to "Discover TV Shows" it shows the individual Season Fanart:
Is it possible, or would it require an additional view to be added, to show the Season Fanart instead of the default Landscape image in both scenarios? I'd prefer the fanart to stay static as the default, exactly as it works when selecting "Poster":
If it needs an official add request on Github let me know, thanks for your time.

This is a scraper issue. You can set individual landscape artwork per season:

This looks wrong. It looks like you are in files mode for some reason, which shouldn't happen from the library discover screen for tvshows and is a bug (but not sure how to make it happen). You can only see fanart here because you aren't in the library and viewing the actual folders instead so they aren't treated properly as seasons type (that's why it doesn't say "Seasons" as the view title like the other screenshots and instead says the folder name).

Thanks, was a saved location issue at my side as I don't use a scraper, first time using a combination of Fanart and Landscape for TV Shows, all good now.
The other view was more than a couple of clicks to be fair, and makes sense it would be folder view as I have a Fanart image in each Season folder, the full process was:
.
- If I start at my default TV Shows page, then press "Up", I land on "All".
- Press "Up" again, I land on "Browse", then "Up" again I land on "Mode: Library".
- Pressing down to "All Items" and right twice to "TV Shows", I end up on "Discover TV Shows".

That's cool! I didn't know the tap info panel action. What I'm trying to do before is tap left or right hoping that the plot dialog will show up. 😅
EDIT: I'm trying to scroll down the plot dialog but it automatically close every time I touch it.

First let me say that this is by far the best skin out there. It brought us completely closer to the quality that streaming service apps that are outhere. I noticed one small bug, and along the way I would like to make suggestions that I would like you to implement, if you are able.
1. on the widget in-progress movies/series, the time is not correct on info panel. it always shows the time from the beginning, not from the time where we stopped watching.
I have the following as wishes:
- is it possible for the vertical menu to avoid the need to click enter every time to take us to let's say movies? with most skins this is automatic. I know it makes sense with the settings, but when we browse between the menus, it gets tiring
- I really miss information about the weather. is it possible to insert only the temperature where the date and time are now?
- about the details menu for movie/serie, I like the design, but I really miss the big poster. In artic horizon 2 it was solved brilliantly. is this current design imposed by the technical limits of the skin or did you go for it for simplicity? somehow it seems to me that when we click on details we don't get any new information, unless we click on the left and there we get a huge font for the plot and all other informations?
- and lastly... the plot is only two lines on most views. it is very difficult to read the plot and it takes a long time to load everything. is it possible to have more lines or maybe make the font smaller?

I'm using AH2 since it was available as an alpha.
Amazing experience! Just simply the best skin so far.
Now I'm trying to switch to AF and it has almost everything I need.
However I noticed these small differences which I'm sure will be corrected in time
1. The codecs line on home widgets is visible only if the widget is the last one in the section (classic layout). If it's not then below it shows a part of the next widget - posters or boards or etc.
2. In the codecs line info there is no information about subtitles in the video - can it show at least if there are external subtitles available?

Completely unrelated to the skin. Skins cannot do math, and can only display information as it is provided from plugin/library. ListItem.EndTime is provided by Kodi as calculated from beginning of the file.
If you want Kodi to calculate EndTime based upon resume point then you need to make a request for Kodi to do so in the requests forum:

No skins do what you describe. In every skin you must first click a shortcut to activate a new window.
You are confusing widget groups (scroll to change) with window shortcuts (click to open).
Use the wizard in "Skin Settings > Menus > Wizard" to change layout.
Categories = Horizontal widget categories. Vertical menu provides additional shortcuts.
Compound = Horizontal widget categories. Removes vertical menu.
Classic = Removes horizontal menu. Vertical widget categories.

I don't understand this comment. The info dialog is packed with additional info about directors, writers, budget, cast, awards etc.

Disable ratings and/or infoline will give an additional line of plot each.
Skin Settings > Details > Ratings
Skin Settings > Details > Infoline
You can also access the large plot box via the context menu. Or you can map it to a remote key with ActivateWindow(1113)

This is intentional and won't be changed.
If you want an "all in one" type of view, change mode to Compound and use submenu widgets with the categories slide up option
Skin Settings > Menus > Categories slide up on focus
Then you will have categories with submenus that can be used to switch through widgets and have a footer always visible

Inside the info dialog, use the scrollbar on the right of the plot dialog.
Outside of the info dialog, you can't scroll it without a remote to press up/down.

1. This doesn't make sense to have codecs line only on the last widget... Why not on the others like in AH2? I don't like the compund view.
2. Maybe I should have said that I use codec icons and thats what I prefer. Not text... Why don't you implement it for icons too with an option for enable/disable?
