Once you scroll into a full screen widget (skin default), left scrolling does not take you back to the main menu like other widgets. There's infinite scroll of your library when you left click. 
You can scroll up and down between main menu widgets, but a left scroll still wont take u back to the main menu like normal, even lets say u end up in the Movie peek widgets; you get locked in unless you press back/return. You can get focus back in the peek widgets if u right click.

I'd see this a confusing to less than power users. Setting a Full Screen widget path does not resolve.

I actually had something like this in a version of the skin before I released it. Shouldn't be too difficult to add back in.

It's more a question of how to navigate to it. I'm not really sure how you would go about causing it to open?

What braz did in Omni is he repositioned the sideblade menu to the right and had the left home menu bar always accessible from each window. Take a look at Omni or my fork if you like, at: https://github.com/daedalusbln/skin.omni202

I don't have a sideblade menu. The options menu is opened via a button.

The issue isn't about where to position the menu, the issue is that there is no navigation direction available to access the menu.
UP opens plot overlay.
DOWN opens wall/scrollbar.
LEFT/RIGHT scrolls the view.

It seems that the fanart tv API image server is down, so it is most likely that (their website is working but images aren't available via the API at the moment).

Clearart is working for me where the images have already been cached by Kodi - but anything that needs to download is currently not working.
