I thought I had finally gotten all the problems ironed out of my AM6+, then it completely died after 3months use. Emailed the seller, no response. Emailed Ugoos, they told me to contact the seller, then never responded to any more of my emails. I'm out $150, and needless to say never buying anything Ugoos. Maybe I was unlucky and got a lemon, but that doesn't excuse being ghosted by the company.
I was happy with coreelec while it worked. Does anyone know where I can buy a Minix U22XJ, from what I've read it's mostly the same specs and Coreelec features?

What do you mean that it died? It is almost impossible to kill these boxes. The only one that I ever killed was because I put a 12 volt power adapter onto a 5 volt port.

No video signal when it's plugged in. I tried a different power supply. I tried connecting it to a computer using this guide, but my computer didn't detect anything

It was plugged into a heavy duty power strip with surge protection. It's just dead.

Did you try a different port on your TV. Did you try a different HDMI cable?
What is the background of its failure? It died while you was watching something or it just would not power on and show a graphic on your TV?
You could also depress the reset button as you connect the power to your box. That should put you into Android recovery mode and that will show whether you're getting an output from your media player.

Vero now supports DV. MEL only, but still great Sam & team were able to implement DV.

Indeed, I bought the Homatics because I have a capable DV tv and Sam told DV support would never be possible on an open box like the Vero.
Luckily he found a way around that and with the first tests it was already really promising.
Would love FEL supports, but that wouldn’t be a deal breaker since I still have the Homatics for those if needed.

Yes, no video signal with other cable or HDMI port. The YouTube link was how to use burn mode. But the AM6+ wasn't being detected over USB. I've spent weeks troubleshooting, it's just a paperweight now.
I'm just trying to find a Minix U22XJ to replace it. They appear to at least communicate with their customers through their forum. Haven't found any place to buy from yet.

Downgrade to Android 12 or 11? Changing the Android version only effects the partitions, and not the Kodi CE performance? Thanks.
