Awesome mod, that simplified a lot the usage of xbmc for my dad and mom not so young....
The kiosk mode is perfect without the side bar. But i suggest one other mod if you think that could be useful:
in PVR mode, the playback bar a the bottom has the EPG button that opens the current channel guide. The option for assign this button to the TIMELINE epg could be appreciated i think.

I can put a option for a "wide" Concerts widget in the options which will show the thumb in a landscape mode instead of poster, but you'll have to setup a screen grab as your thumb in the media .nfo's files manually.
Would this help ? In the screenie below my setup has a small error in that the artist's name should appear below the concert title.

I'm still ducking any work on the LiveTV section
- Will have a look sooner or later as it's on the todo list. Just difficult without a tuner on the laptop where skin is coded.

There is pvr pseudo plugin, don't remember the name, may be used without physical tuner.

I love this skin!
I just installed it a few days ago (from Hybrid repo, for Gotham 13.1) and still tinkering with the settings. Most of them are easy to understand but a few are not, Is there any help page where each setting is explained in one liner (or somewhere in this post the previous pages)?
Also I found the SubMenu section is missing the Live TV sub menu.
And I have one question: in the home screen, the Movies and TV Shows categories backgrounds are a bunch of randomly DVD cases filled with posters from the library.There are always some CD cases left blank, how can I make them be filled with some poster? (The Music background is similar, but with CD cases, there all the cases are filled)
Another one: In the case above, can I chose a different background ? The background pictures I chose for movies or TV shows is shown only when I enter the category (this is in a way inconsistent, because the background pictures for Weather, Settings,... all other categories, is shown on the home screen)
EDIT:: I found the live background checkbox, so I disabled it and I can now set my own pictures as background :: EDIT
And finally: I'd like to mod the EPG timeline dialog. Any pointer to relevant files or any description?

That's more like it! But do we really have to create a thumb image of every single music video? When I’m browsing the music videos, in any view I get a thumbnail image of the music video. I have not created these. This is something XBMC dose. Can't we use the same thumbnail image?
Also, at the main page. Instead of showing the 3 latest. Could it be 4 or 5 instead?
But I like what I see. I will be glad if you enable this option for me/us.
Issue with Music Section - odoll - 2014-06-21
First thanks a lot for this skin, I like it very much!
However I have an odd behaviour with the "Music" section (all Gotham 13.1, either Windows, XBMCbuntu, OpenELEC).
When I hit the "Music" button
rather than seeing my smb://fileserver/Music I just see an empty folder
To get there, I have to take a detour via the Music Addons page
and one layer up
to finally get to where I wanted to be in the first place:
Any idea how I get this fixed?

Have you set "Use Library Mode" from the left hand window and also scanned source to library ?

Somewhere there is, but tend to remember it had problems or even has stopped working completely now.

XBMC should create screengrabs if nothing else available, but haven't checked with music videos, anyway will get widget to show default thumb.
Screenie shows three items because that's all I got, widget shows the same amount as TVShow layout as that's the code I used.

Sorry no help pages - they're hard work and boring! Just ask over any settings that are confusing - I'll try to answer, but seem to be getting confused myself lately and must admit some are not labelled too clearly.
I know about the LiveTV submenu, you can add it in but ATM is not customisable. One day will swap it into one of the UserSubmenu sets
The main screen cases are filled from the random section of "service.skin.widgets" script, so that needs to be running and you can adjust refresh time etc. Without checking they may fallback to recent media if random not working.
Turn off "Live Backgrounds" for the home screen menu item where you want your own background - which you can change in the backgrounds tab.
Most the PVR views are in the file "ViewsPVR.xml"

New skin system has help embedded. There fits only one line but usually it's enough. Maybe you could try to use it? I can confirm it's sometimes hard to understand what some option really do.

I started a help type box with Hybrid in the skin settings like the default Confluence description of settings, but it's a real pain in the backside to keep updating every time you change the settings xml file.
I'd be willing to add the possibility to CCM, but not to maintain it - Someone else would have to volunteer for that
As I've previously said help files are boring to work on and hard work.Update version 4.0.6 sent to Hybrid Repo, should be avail in a while or if you refresh repo in "get addons"
Added a test version of wide thumbnails for Recent Concerts - If it works we can expand to Random etc.
Added ability to choose and change submenus for Settings and Live TV. Existing installs will have to re-set the submenu else it'll come up as none.
Added some support for script.video.extras - Let me know of any problems. Probably could do some work on integrating it a bit better
