What colour should it be? (I use monochrome so I never have this issue).

Also btw, you can change the colour of the indicator for watched/progress
Skin Settings > Appearance > Customise highlight colours > Customise

Maybe changing the colour of the indicator is a better candidate than the rating?

Ideally I guess I really should change the icon itself for Ended to something other than a checkmark to reduce confusion, but not certain what other would work (EDIT: Actually got a good idea for an icon, will be in next update).

But still I can't switch to it from Horizon 2...😔
The only thing that doesn't let me switch is the screen layout with the spotlight (or info window) at the top of the screen, which makes the rest of the widget rows too small and lower located, comparing to horizon, which is quite uncomfortable for me personally..
Is there a way to minimize spotlight and get the screen layout as close to horizon 2 as possible ?

Not currently, no. Maybe it will change in the future but having fixed positions for screen elements is a fairly fundamental part of how the skin functions.

This was accidental. Left in the flag to show on one page by mistake from when I was testing. Will be fixed next version.

Sorry

Nice touch with the new now playing/ foreground video window as an alternative to background video. Looks great and works well. I wonder whether in a future iteration it would be possible to use background video for pvr guide for example, whilst using the foreground window for other areas such as the home screen?

RE: Arctic Fuse - Matthius7 - 2024-03-04

I'm having issues with tmdb widgets. On deck shows my movie watchlist in my in progress category. Watched a movie completely last night ,it's still there. Can't mark watched. Many other widgets I was using through tmdb have failed recently also. Anything for recently watched from trakt or my trakt calendar /upcoming. Anyone else getting this lately? Guess it's simple enough to set up widgets again with main addon but just had everything setup with tmdb Sad

Hope you don't mind me asking, but how does this work exactly? Is there a way of switching this on/off? Where do I find the settings? Sorry for all of the questions!

RE: Arctic Fuse - Qirat77 - 2024-03-04

Not at all. Go to skin settings, Appearance and enable/disable Background Video to see the effect on currently playing media.

Thanks for the info.

Btw, regarding this skin i have 2 questions about icons.

The check mark green icon and the bullseye icon both coming left of the date of a given movie/tv show

What do they mean?

"The icon next to the date shows you the status.
Check = Completed / Ended / Released.
Arrow hitting target = Continuing / Returning
Exclamation = Cancelled
Megaphone = Announced
Clapperboard = In-Production"

Thanks for the info  Smile

RE: Arctic Fuse - djhifi - 2024-03-05

@jurialmunkey btw, regarding ratings. I've noticed something.

I have the plugin Light IMDB Ratings update, which updates the ratings on the .db per request.

But the icon of the imdb in Artic Fuse (with the rating) does not update to match the new ratings. The only thing that changes is if I turn on ratings as Overlay in the posters.

Is this the expected behavior?

RE: Arctic Fuse - Chalklands - 2024-03-05

Hi @jurialmunkey
Is it possible to show the actual time when a video will finish if you continue plying it? Time left is shown (e.g. 21 minutes 14 seconds), but is it possible to show the actual time it will finish (say 22.30) if you get my drift? No worries if not, just wondering if I've overlooked a setting?

RE: Arctic Fuse - Bindou - 2024-03-06

Hi @jurialmunkey,
In French, the information line protrudes a lot from the image/trailer, particularly because of the time format.

Image

I would like to modify the format to make it more consistent with French-speaking standards, and reduce the length of this line. So that everyone can benefit from it.
2 heures 7 minutes -> 2:07 or 2h07 or 2 h 7 min

How can we do ?

But I can update this now. Which of "2 h 7 min" or "2 hr 7 min" would be more correct in French?
