RE: Arctic Fuse - drjackel - 2024-03-07 the scaling of landscape youtube addon images on the widgets seems not to be accurate. there is a white boarding on the side. The scaling was fine on AH2. RE: Arctic Fuse - Bindou - 2024-03-07 @jurialmunkey it's much more compliant with the standards, and it fits perfectly with the dimensions of the summary, which makes things much more aesthetic. Thank you very much Jurial! RE: Arctic Fuse - spursgalea - 2024-03-08 @jurialmunkey hi I don't know what's wrong but since the last update I can no longer delete widgets in the widget creation area. Using touch . I have touch mode enabled unable to press the trash can icon to delete widgets. I have found a workaround. For a time being I'm using my kodi remotei in multitask to delete widgets.i it my galaxy tablet or a known issue. I did search but didn't come up with anything in the forum. Sorry if I missed it RE: Arctic Fuse - jurialmunkey - 2024-03-08 (2024-03-07, 21:52)Bindou Wrote: @jurialmunkey it's much more compliant with the standards, and it fits perfectly with the dimensions of the summary, which makes things much more aesthetic. Thank you very much Jurial! Great! Yep, that's how it is intended to look. When the original translation was submitted I mustn't have paid enough attention and missed that it wasn't abbreviated - definitely how it is meant to be now! Sorry if I missed it Just fixed in this commit -- grouplist was a bit short so it blocked the hitbox. https://github.com/jurialmunkey/skin.arctic.fuse/commit/41302628afc7b3fbcf438f01951558b77c239e68 BTW, the skin is not considered touch compatible. The "touch mode" is only there to help improve widget navigation for mouse/touch a bit by removing the artwork offsets in widget rows so the hitbox is more in the centre. The skin itself should still be considered to require a remote/keyboard/gamepad with directional keys for proper function. Obviously I'll do what I can if there is a simple fix like the above, but it is important to recognise that touch/mouse will break some things or not work in some places. This is a setting in the Youtube add-on to change thumbnails from 4:3 to 16:9. The skin is correctly honouring that setting rather than force scaling. Sorry if I missed it Every little bit helps you do a great job. If there wasn't a solution to this I would have just used my kodi remote on my tablet to connect to kodi and delete widgets that way but you've done it for thank you RE: Arctic Fuse - Bindou - 2024-03-08 On large 4k screens, I find that some logos appear slightly blurry. I upscaled the HDR 10 logo and DTS-HD a little, if you're interested I can do it for all the "blurry" logos. https://mega.nz/folder/1XtUkIID#U7kRdrwgylZ48a3Mhn1QNw RE: Arctic Fuse - Patkino - 2024-03-08 How do I force widgets to reload periodically? They do it very rarely comparing to AH2 RE: Arctic Fuse - jurialmunkey - 2024-03-09 (2024-03-08, 17:00)Patkino Wrote: How do I force widgets to reload periodically? They do it very rarely comparing to AH2 Skins don't control when widgets reload. Kodi will reload widgets when video playback ends or a library update completes. RE: Arctic Fuse - User 485131 - 2024-03-09 Is it possible to remove the menu button from the homepage entirely? I use warp on content end and previous on back... I also use long press on back to get to the menu so I never use the button... wondering If there was an option to remove it RE: Arctic Fuse - Bindou - 2024-03-09 (2024-03-09, 01:46)Rinicko Wrote: Is it possible to remove the menu button from the homepage entirely? Interesting option, but "risky" for the clumsy user, because it can get the user stuck, without the possibility of returning to the settings. There should be an option to possibly make it invisible, or hide it in a pane. But removing it completely doesn't seem to me to be the best solution. RE: Arctic Fuse - User 485131 - 2024-03-09 Yeah, that's what I'm actually looking for... a way to hide it, for users who don't make use of it... not necessarily a general removal RE: Arctic Fuse - berkhornet - 2024-03-09 (2024-03-09, 03:24)Rinicko Wrote: Yeah, that's what I'm actually looking for... a way to hide it, for users who don't make use of it... not necessarily a general removal It is possible to hide the Search and Menu buttons by de-selecting the option Side Menu - Search and Options. RE: Arctic Fuse - User 485131 - 2024-03-09 I already have that deselected, but in topbar mode, the option is not there |
