RE: RetroPlayer Test Builds (updated for Krypton) - garbear - 2016-11-14 (2016-11-14, 14:59)Julipo Wrote: I was looking for this: The screen shot of the savestate manager is directly below this release info. I think it accomplishes most of what you outline in your post. The savestate manager is kind of hard to find. It replaces the "bookmarks" icon in the video OSD. Once RetroPlayer is merged, the video OSD will get a huge makeover for games. Until then, I'm trying to keep the game OSD and video OSD as similar as possible to minimize the amount of code for the initial retroplayer PR. Also, you can right click on a game with savestates and go directly to the savestate manager. The savestate manager has taken pretty low priority while I focus on controller input and the initial RetroPlayer pull request. If you have any feedback, leave it here and I'll make a note of it for when I return to working on the savestate manager. RE: RetroPlayer Test Builds (updated for Krypton) - Julipo - 2016-11-14 Yeah! Is awesome. You can edit the first post and add the screnshot so if other people comes they can see what is at this moment. I was looking in the ~ #50 page (the pages that covers this date: 2016-05-09) but there was no screenshot too. With this at this moment is more than sufficient, there are other priorities. This is what I was looking for. When I though in this to write my post I though in a normal view, not in a "favourites" view, but this is better. Edit: "savestate manager is directly below this release info" Curious, i didn't see this screenshot at first time (¿it didn't load?) I see other screenshots (pad configuration, etc.) but this info was without screenshot, but now I see the image below. I supose that my browser was loading other images, or this image was temporary down. It keeps telling me "dependency on game.libretro version 1.0.0 not met". How do I update the game.libretro version? Same but somehow it was fixed when I reset openelec via LibreElec system settings. No idea how that makes any sense . RE: RetroPlayer Test Builds (updated for Krypton) - garbear - 2016-11-15 This may be related to an issue that appeared in May that broke some game add-ons. The game add-ons didn't have some required parameters in the database, so when Kodi's add-on code was changed to use these parameters, things broke. Doing a full-system reset clears your add-on DB and forces it to be refreshed from the server, which fixes the problem. RE: RetroPlayer Test Builds (updated for Krypton) - joolz - 2016-11-15 Hi, I've done a clean install of KodiSetup-20161110-c1ca8d9-retroplayer-17beta5.exe, On start i get a gang of "module update failed" messages, and then I try to install a controller profile I get "installation failed". kodi.log: Code: 15:57:06 T:17180 DEBUG: CFileCache::Open - opening <addons/krypton/game.controller.snes/game.controller.snes-1.0.3.zip> using cache RE: RetroPlayer Test Builds (updated for Krypton) - Scourge - 2016-11-15 (2016-11-15, 17:01)joolz Wrote: Hi,I'm having the same issues. Clean install on Win10 x64. All installations of add-ons, repositories or skins fail. When I uninstall the retroplayer build and do a clean install of Jarvis 16.1, installations run smoothly. I'll upload some builds once our buildserver has finished compiling. RE: RetroPlayer Test Builds (updated for Krypton) - Copeyboy - 2016-11-17 Okay, I've done a clean install of OpenELEC, then updated to the newest LibreELEC build on the first page, and I'm still unable to install any emulators. I have done a soft reset of all of my LibreELEC settings, then a hard reset of the LibreELEC settings. I am still getting the message that "the dependency on game libretro version 1.0.0 could not be satisfied". I have no idea how to resolve this and I really want to play my games on this system again. I was able to on all of the OpenELEC builds, but have had trouble with all of the LibreELEC RE: RetroPlayer Test Builds (updated for Krypton) - Fallini - 2016-11-18 Hello, I just wanted to post and say this is awesome. I have been aware of your guys building towards emulation for quite some time now and am very happy to see regular updates coming from you guys. Combining my favorite media center with my emulation in a more integrated way is going to be awesome and I can't wait. XD Keep up the awesome work. Thanks, Dylan RE: RetroPlayer Test Builds (updated for Krypton) - cRaZy-bisCuiT - 2016-11-18 Hey Guys! How do I set up RetroPlayer on my Pi running LibreElec 17? I just got that .tar-file. Usually Kodi wants to have *.zip files to install? RE: RetroPlayer Test Builds (updated for Krypton) - Mettbrot - 2016-11-18 Retroplayer is build right into kodi. You have to update your whole Libreelec install to the build you downloaded. Copy the .tar file into the update folder on your libreelec machine and reboot. That will do the trick. Always make backups if the data on the machine is valueble to you.. RE: RetroPlayer Test Builds (updated for Krypton) - lrusak - 2016-11-18 I just pushed new LibreELEC builds, it should fix the issue with the peripheral.joystick and game.libretro version mismatch I also just updated a bunch of the emulators, it's been a while since I last did that. The LibreELEC builds I post are complete builds, if you are running kodi 17 on some other distro you will have to install LibreELEC first and then update to one of these Retroplayer builds. |
