The browse button is there so there is a way to get (back) to the (last visited) library screen when you have sub-menu items enabled.

I'm sorry I don't understand exactly what you mean by this, but what I'm asking is ability to go directly to albums when clicking on music, and then, from albums, when pressing "Back", to go back to the Home menu screen. Also to take out/remove the "Browse" button that shows as a child item under the Music home menu item.

I have a custom button on my harmony one to go to the Settings menu in XBMC...also, if using a keyboard, pressing "s" brings up the system menu. I would like to hide the menu item from the home screen so someone from my family does not accidently screw something up.

I'm sorry but I'm not seeing the above...probably i'm not updating the Skin correctly...I downloaded the latest zip from git and then did a "Install addon from zip" again from xbmc...but I don't see any of the new options you listed...does doing that update an already installed skin? Is there a version number of skin I can view somewhere to confirm?

While I love all the changes, I still have problems with the "Home screen". I think I missed the old screen, with a blue background, and the menu options. Now I have a background, with the boxed options on the left.

Any way to add the possibility to remove the background, default to the blue scheme used in frodo and prior versions, and maybe remove the boxed background for the options (Make it look more like previous versions).

As for my second comment, any way to 'remove' the blue line on the left (that shows there's a menu to open), without having to activate Kiosk Mode? I really like seeing all my covers in full screen, but having a persistent blue line on the right everytime, just makes it look weird.... at first I just tought the full screen was not done properly, until I noticed it happened on any view mode.
