An updated version of the Mezzmo Kodi addon for both Kodi v18 (v1.1.9.2) and
Kodi v19+ (v2.1.9.2) have been posted on GitHub. These versions contain a
new addon setting option to improve viewing with Mezzmo Movie Previews.
*** Important Note ***
Support for Kodi 17 and below is being phased out. Version 1.1.8.1 is the last version
which will have full Kodi 17 and below support. There are no plans to drop support
for Kodi 18 anytime soon.
v1.1.9.2 Kodi 18
• Added a new addon setting to enable refreshing the Kodi GUI after playing a Mezzmo
Movies Previews playlist. Some Kodi skins, such as Confluence, will refresh after
playing an individual movie but not a playlist. Thus the user needs to manually
refresh the GUI to see the updated playcount, bookmark and similar items. Enabling
this option allows that to happen automatically. The default is disabled.
v2.1.9.2 Kodi 19+

An updated version of the Mezzmo Trailer Checker (v0.0.16) has been uploaded to GitHub. This new
version has a minor bug fix to address You Tube 403 errors causing the trailer checker to stop.
v0.0.16 fixes and features:
• Fixed a bug where a You Tube server 403 error would cause the trailer checker
to stop fetching any further trailers. Now trailers which cause a 403 error
will be marked as bad and removed from Mezzmo.
To get started please review the Getting Started page on the Wiki. The current version of the Mezzmo Trailer Checker is v0.0.15 can be downloaded here.

some of the most common questions related to running the tool with Mezzmo. The FAQ has a number of Kodi specific questions.
The tool has been working very well for me, especially since the fixes in v0.0.3. I find myself watching more movies in my Mezzmo / Kodi library due to the
the Mezzmo Movie Previews feature and local trailers I have Mezzmo Movie Previews set to 3 previews. Now I get 3 random trailers from the release year
of the movie which haven't been watched in my library, then the main movie starts. It's an almost movie theater-like experience.. You can set up to 6 and
limit the length of the trailers.

An updated version of the Mezzmo Trailer Checker (v0.0.17) has been uploaded to GitHub. This new
version is a bug fix release.
v0.0.17 fixes and features:
• Fixed bug introduced in v0.0.15 which was causing You Tube 403 errors due to
an improper trailer format response parsing. This would cause You Tube 720P
trailer fetch attempts when a 720P trailer format was not available.
• Added logging to show format for attempted fetch trailer requests for IMDB or
You tube. Previously only successful trailer fetch results would be logged.
• Updated yt-dlp.exe from v2023.02.17 to v2023.07.06

It was brought to my attention that I hadn't created a Wiki page for the
Mezzmo Artwork Checker tool. I've now completed the initial Wiki for this
valuable tool which can help you easily manage your Kodi actor / actress
artwork even for very large libraries. My current Mezzmo library has over
88,000+ actor / actresses in it with 70,000+ associated images automatically
in sync with all of my Kodi clients.
The new Wiki page has information on configuring the tool, running the tool,
how it works and information on the CSV outputs which provides valuable
data on actor / actresses, what movies / TV episodes they star in, which have
artwork, which don't, what type of artwork and a nice set of statistics
to help you manage your artwork.
I'll continue to update the new Wiki site over the next week. Feedback is welcome.

I buy one Pro license today. For my initial test, I need one fix if possible, don´t list Portuguese (Brazil) in subtitles, or audio (pob, pb).
I will translate the addon, and program to Portuguese (Brazil), when possible here, please send me one way to send the translations, or what platform is used for translations.

For your question on subtitles and such for Mezzmo you'll need to contact the Mezzmo development team in their support forums. I see on their website features page they support Brazilian Portuguese in the application.
For the Mezzmo Kodi addon, you can just pull down the English version of the strings.po file from GitHub, create one for Portuguese and then private mail me here and I'll get it into the addon.

2 days only using, I need more time to check and report.
The server is running ok (windows 11, Kodi 21), firewall ok, but I see a few errors in translations to Portuguese (Brazil) - Mezzmo Interface, so I will try to fix it when possible here.
I Download trailers script in Python, configure it, but don´t work when try to run it, and I have Python 3.11 installed. Probably I´m missing steps, I need to revise all again.

Ok. The Mezzmo Trailer Checker Wiki should be pretty good but it's not gotten wide usage so there could be bugs / issues. It creates its own logfile (logfile.txt), which is fairly thorough.

focused on improving the stability of the background sync process since some
changes were made with the introduction of the Fast Sync process and include
a couple of new features.

An updated version of the Mezzmo Trailer Checker (v0.0.18) has been uploaded to GitHub. This new
version adds the ability to select the trailer output format of either mp4 or mkv format. Some devices
like Roku units cannot play high resolution mo4 formatted videos. Kodi with the Mezzmo Kodi Addon
supports either playback format.
v0.0.18 fixes and features:
• Fixed a bug which would occur when an IMDB movie trailer had a comma in the
name when fetched and the trailer needed the frame rate or audio adjusted.
• Added option to output trailers in mkv format instead of mp4. This allows
Roku devices and similar which don't support higher resolution mp4 video
playback to be able to play local trailers. There is also a new "adjust
format" command to do bulk conversions from mp4 to mkv up to 200 trailers
for each run.
