Home Menu>Menu Item>Movies Menu>Add-on Cinema
Then you can set your submenus etc..

Btw..A lot of CE is broken for the most part. It works, but it's not very fluid. see thread http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=87563&page=279&highlight=cinema+experience

I have the Helix Confluence skin installed. There are quite some display choices but none that I'd like to have.

The skin "media Info" is the one that I'd like to edit. I don't care about the quality (720/1080) or the Dolby info, etc. that all appear as an icon. You have an option available in Skin Settings Sub Menu Item to display recently added movies, won't that work for you? It displays the most recent files you have added to your library.
