Surely you mean Team Blackbolt? It would be more complimentary to actually spell their name correctly.
Also thankfully not Christmas anymore, once you get past boxing day, it's just another normal day.

Sadly only 11:03 am in the Mountain time zone. 18:03 in the UK so before Midnight will sadly mean past midnight UK and Europe time.
So chances are released on Monday morning about 2am.

It should be released sunday but sunday in the timezone where Team Blackbolt lives and maybe not sunday in the timezone where you live. I live in West Europe which means 9 hours difference (coz of winter time) so if it is released at 11pm in USA Mountain Time it will be 8am at my place (which is when I normally get up during holiday).

Still probaly a Sunday release, just maybe not in the UK or Europe, would be a Sunday release in the USA.
Thankfully I haven't had to wait long for this skin being a new user, but I think I read that this has been developed in about five months, so I feel sorry for you people that fell in love with it as soon as you saw it.
Still all good things come to those that wait as they say.

Guys in UK, Team Blackbolt will be getting together online between 11pm and 12am tonight (uk time) to prepare the release and get everything online for everyone. We appreciate that this is quite late for our UK users, but we've all been really busy this weekend and its best we make sure that the download is fully tested and prepared, rather than release it, it go wrong and not be fixed till morning.
So check the site at about midnight tonight UK time for the download for Xperience!
