No

This happens in the nvidia shield, in pc no. When I press the button to show the progress information, pause, advance, etc. the video stops for about two seconds, then the information is displayed and the video continues. could you try to fix it? Thank you.
Not a skin issue afaik.

Thanks so much for this! Awesome work!

Am i correct in assuming that the decision to not include run time and aspect ratio alongside the codec is final as per consensus or your artistic vision?

If not, then I would respectfully respect that you consider it. As a person who loves the minimalist aesthetic of this skin, I employ the poster wall with no movie description. I like to know as little about a movie as possible when I see it. The aspect ratio and the runtime are the only pieces of info that I generally require ahead of time.

Hi,
Is it possible to choose between widgets and submenu view for Home Menu items ?
I have a custom 'other videos' home item, with a few sub-items (kids, familly, sport, documentaries...)
I think it would be more elegant (for both looking and navigation) to display the submenu view directly on the home page, rather than having to press the "ohter videos' item to display the submenu.

edit: I tried the "open submenu hub when focusing submenu" without success

Maybe that's because skins images aren't compressed within a texture file and skin seems a little bit laggier. I get that kind on behavior on my Nvidia shield, not precisely two seconds, but a little delay certainly is evident while bringing OSD controls.
I use Kodi Texture Packer tool on every release. It's super easy.

Hello, in your Aura skin there is a Settings Widget option, would it be possible to add it to AZ2 ?

It's true, I also have a little delay when bringing up the OSD on my Shields.

I have been doing more tests with the OSD on the shield:

- Playing from USB hard disk: the first time bringing up OSD there is a delay of 1 or 2 seconds. In the following bringing up OSD there is only a little delay.

- Playing from the local network: all the times bringing up OSD are always little delay.

RE: Arctic: Zephyr 2 - jimmisavage - 2019-04-06

Is this a skin issue? Everything seems to be fine in the default skin.

I have a bunch of movies on an external disk plugged into my Nvidia Shield TV running the latest Kodi version and AZ:2.

Most of my movies are recognised and are showing fine but I've noticed the mkv files are not showing in my library. If I go into my media and search videos I can see them in there with my other movies but they won't scan to my library.

Each movie is in an individual folder. eg:
Folder name: The Autopsy of Jane Doe (2016)
File name: The Autopsy of Jane Doe (2016)

All my other media works with this naming convention in... Say avi format.

Where am I going wrong? I wiped everything and scanned my media with Estury default skin and boom, Jane Doe and all my other mkv files are there.

Edit: Don't worry about me. I've found the issue and resolved it by disabling video tags in the settings: https://kodi.wiki/view/Video_file_tagging

Any possibility for this? Smile

Where? There's no room anywhere.
Well, there's still a bit of room after the 'movie ends time'.

Also, in season view is there any way to focus on the (unwatched) episode(s) instead of the season?

Has the little delay disappeared when compressing the skin images? Or just improve? Could you explain how to use Texture Tool to compress skins images within a texture file in shield? Thank you.
