RE: Arctic Horizon - powermarcel10 - 2020-05-15 @jurialmunkey Thanks for all your efforts on this skin. It's looks amazing. A few things to mention: For some addons with large numbers of items it is really hard to find the right item using the new "wall view". By example, my iptv providers offers catchup tv but when I want to scroll back to a program from a week ago, it's impossible to find it, while it is no problem using a listview. However, I understand that it is not possible to add another view, and this is not going to happend. I think it makes it a bit easier when there was a bit more info in the thumbs itself. It now gives only the name of the item and the lenght. Date/time will be nice also to shown. Also for youtube. It always gives only the date of today, even if an itmes was relased a couple of days ago. Is this something you can fix? There is an option now to show some info after a delay of 5 secons. I like it to be a bit shorter. Like 2/3 seconds. Thanks again! RE: Arctic Horizon - effe.rnr - 2020-05-15 hi @jurialmunkey the youtube-addon has now comments implemented and those don't really work with the skin. It's not a major issue, just want to let you know that. RE: Arctic Horizon - Qirat77 - 2020-05-15 Hi. If I have two widgets for a menu item - let’s say, in progress movies from my local library and ‘trending this week’ from tmdb helper below that- removing any of my local in progress movies sends the tmdb helper widget to the top row, all on its own. Is it possible to keep the tmdb helper widget on the bottom row when no other widgets are occupying that page or is this behaviour intended/ unchangeable? Changing widget order in homepage setting has no effect. Thanks. EDIT: scratch that, it’s just worked. Took a while for the changes to take effect but seems as though tmdb helper widget needs to be on top in widget order. Would be great if this worked regardless of widget order. Same issue with Arctic Mirage "It always give only the date of today" RE: Arctic Horizon - jurialmunkey - 2020-05-16 (2020-05-15, 10:40)powermarcel10 Wrote: @jurialmunkey You don't have to use wall view - it can be disabled and use the scrollbar/filter instead. Youtube should be fixed. Having a variable delay setting for the info is difficult because the skinning engine doesn't allow for variables in conditions. I'll have a look at finding someway to support it. RE: Arctic Horizon - jurialmunkey - 2020-05-16 (2020-05-15, 14:07)Tariq77 Wrote: Hi. RE: Arctic Horizon - dolbel - 2020-05-16 Sorry if this asked before but is it some how possible to change the view type of addons to landscape as well? Like for series it looks like this: And for addons it looks like this for the moment: RE: Arctic Horizon - drinfernoo - 2020-05-16 (2020-05-16, 09:55)dolbel Wrote: Sorry if this asked before but is it some how possible to change the view type of addons to landscape as well? The view that gets used depends on the content type set by the add-on. You can't change it yourself, at least not for most views. RE: Arctic Horizon - FXB78 - 2020-05-16 Would it be possible to add support for Trailers starting in full-screen mode? I don't really want to watch in a small window which means pressing Enter to go full-screen, which triggers the refresh-rate switch because my GUI isn't set to 24hz. This takes a couple of seconds and I then need to click back 10 seconds to see what I missed It's just a bit clunky with the whole refresh-rate thing which wouldn't be noticeable if it was full-screen by default (due to the pause on starting playback). Arctic Horizon - jimkaf - 2020-05-16 How come you're not using Kodi's built in delay for refresh rate switching? It's incredibly convenient for me since I do frequent refresh rate switches mostly due to the Netflix plugin's content variety. I've mostly settled at 4sec pause, my tv is kinda old now. I don't know exactly why, but as a result it ends up very clunky. Arctic Horizon - darsuke - 2020-05-16 Can I make a shortcut to 'update library now' action that's inside tmdbhelper settings? Say within the power menu for example. |
