Update : Here you go: https://www.mediafire.com/file/c3u9sfcb5dgajim/script.skinhelper.rar/file (I took this from my own working install).
Unrar this, and then drop it into kodi\addons before you install the skin.

Thank you. That seemed to have fixed my problem I have now got the skin installed and it's on the 1.0.3 build that i liked.

Step 1: Install install skin helper v0.0.3 https://www.mediafire.com/file/c3u9sfcb5dgajim/script.skinhelper.rar/file
(Unrar this, and then drop it into kodi\addons before you install the skin)
Step 2: Install the skin: https://www.mediafire.com/file/j8qqbpwhm59zv11/skin.arctic.zephyr.2.resurrection.mod-main.zip/file
Step 3: Enjoy.

This is a copy of oldpainless zip but I have added skinhelper to the Dependencies on installation. so the skin should auto-install after a few seconds just give it time for all the dependencies to install.
Working on (Kodi 20.2)

Unfortunately not. I'm done with skinning for a while. I was not satisfied from my job so i decided to delete it. Sorry guys. I know it was not nice, but that's how I'm working. I never did something that big like those skins so I'm not experienced in it.

If it's a smart TV and you already have Kodi on it. Just put a USB to the side of the TV go into settings within Kodi click add-ons then click install from zip find your USB with add-ons you have already put on it and install them. That should work.
