CDThumbnail not shown in newest xbmc V12 builds - bg_x - 2012-08-17
Hello! Have an problem in the fullscreen visulisation. After the change of the intern databases from xbmc versions from 1. juny on cd covers are shown in the main menuscreen. When I open the fullscreen visulisation the first track the cdthumbnail is shown but for the next tracks the thumbnail aren't shown anymore until I step back to menu screen, then after forward one or two tracks thumbnail is showing again but in fullscreen again only one track.
My database is corecct tagged and in the log no error shows up. Can you look where the problem is ronnie?

i can confirm this. however since it happens in all skins, i think it's safe to say it's an xbmc issue.
i also get no thumbs at all in the 'now playing' playlist.

Yes, I confirm that I have also had this exact issue since updating to the first Frodo nightly and up until now. Also reported in these threads:

Thanks Ronie. The comments indicate there is still some work to do to fix properly and I'm not entirely confident in building my own binary to incorporate the patch so I'll stick with the pre-compiled nightlies for the time being and hope the fix gets pulled in in due course.

Wohoo! Big shout!
After nearly 5 month the problem is fixed now with the newest nightlys! Thumbnails are working again!

Hallo,
thats was exactly my problem but i think i didn't explain it right.
But with Alpha 7 folders.jpg are only shown in main folders.
In Sub Folders it looks like you have shown it in your pictures.
The Bug further exists or i do something wrong.

I can confirm that. In the newest nightlys thumbnails are broken again. :-(
