Recomendations for Live PVR build for skinner - wyrm - 2012-10-12
With the latest monthly Frodo build out and now with built-in PVR support I'm starting to get requests for LiveTV support in my skin. Can anyone suggest a Live build of XBMC (Don't really want to update build on my development system at this stage) and basic instructions for getting the Demo client up and running.
I have tried Googling the above but either I'm missing something, or there appears to be nothing out there at this point. Basically I just need enough XBMC PVR to test the skin (not ready to make the jump to PVR for real at this stage). Really I don't have a lot of time to dedicate to learning the ins and outs of PVR ,ideally a download this Linux image and you are good to go would be cool, but I realise that I am probably in for a bit more work that that.

You mean binary builds that support PVR, with Confluence mods accordingly? There are several out there, but Dushmaniac's original and genuine is as good as any to start with...
