Profile Login Screen - john.doe - 2012-10-12 Hello everyone, This is a great skin but I'm having a bit of a problem with profiles and the login screen. I'm running Eden 11 and created 2 profiles. When I start up XBMC I'm greeted with the login screen and my 2 profiles but only one is selectable- the profile last used before XBMC was shut down. I can click on the the other profile but nothing happens. I thought maybe using the master lock function on one profile was causing a problem but I disabled and restarted-same issue. It should be noted that when I switch to the default Confluence skin, everything works as it should. I can select a locked profile, enter my password and the profile loads or I can choose to start the other profile (no lock enabled) and it loads. Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thanks. RE: Profile Login Screen - ronie - 2012-10-12 i can't reproduce it. if you could post a Debug Log, i'll have a look. RE: Profile Login Screen - john.doe - 2012-10-13 Thanks for your quick reply ronie. RE: Profile Login Screen - ronie - 2012-10-13 hmm.. nothing out of the ordinary in your log. have you tried it using a keyboard instead of a mouse? RE: Profile Login Screen - john.doe - 2012-10-13 Thanks ronie. Tried using the keyboard as you suggested, and guess what- it works? Any suggestions?? RE: Profile Login Screen - ronie - 2012-10-13 well, just make sure the profile you want to log in as should be focused. ie. it should be in the centre of the screen. you can use the scroll-wheel on your mouse to slide the list of profiles left/right. no clue if that's the issue, but thought i'd mention it just in case. RE: Profile Login Screen - john.doe - 2012-10-13 Well, I'll be a son-of-a-b****.....using the scroll wheel works! THANKS ronie!! Keep up the great work!! |
