Frodo Beta 3, had to copy dll - hans109h - 2012-12-10

In order for Frodo Beta 3 to enable the mythtv pvr addon I had to copy XBMC_MythTV_cmyth_win32.dll from the c:/User/appdata/..../addon... to c:/program files/xbmc/addons....

thanks! was driving me crazy couldn't get mythtv pvr to enable.

I cannot find this DLL anywhere on my system with either Beta 3 or the latest nightlies.
It's not in my appdata or program files XBMC addon directories.

Can someone please attach said DLL or put up a dropbox link? I can't proceed with testing without it.

Digitizedsoul, you'll have to download the addon with the link above and install it from the zip file, then after you install it you'll need to copy the dll, then go back to xbmc and enable it (don't forget to configure it first).

There seems to be a problem on our win32 buildbot when extracting the boost dependencies needed by the mythtv pvr addon. Extracting the boost files works but copying them to the correct location kinda screws up (i.e. part of the copy seems to work, part of it doesn't) and therefore the mythtv pvr addon can't be built correctly. It works for me locally (and also for WiSo) so it must be buildbot specific. I'll try to figure it out ASAP.

Uninstalled, downloaded the latest nightly win32 binary, and did a full install on WinXP. It appears that pvr.mythtv.cmyth directory now exists in the C:\Program Files\XBMC\addons.

Are others getting this error? I'm running WinXP, and remember from this Forum Post there was something different for XP that needed to be done for cmyth. Don't know if it's relevant, but hope the info helps.[/code]
