I read in Android FAQ that some devices support CEC
So far I haven't stumbled upon any that does..
What kind of devices you had in mind?

Yes, rpi is raspberry pi. afaik there is no usable (accelerated) android version out, allthough android 4.0 was announced in july 2012.
aml = amlogic. there are several chinese stbs on the market. (e.g. AML8726‐M3)
... but that does not mean that there's some software out that is using it.
