android app set as a favorite does not launch - bernr - 2013-01-20
Xbmc android 12 rc3 on a nexus 7
If I go into program Android apps I can launch apps like Netflix fine but if I set it as a favorite and try to lanunch it from the favorite menu it will not stop.

Can you get us a debug log (wiki) of when this happens? Use the debug log uploader add-on to get the log (mentioned on that page).

Can confirm this on my Nexus 7,opens fine from programs but when set to favourites it won't open. Will try and post debug log when I figured out how to do so...

Ok here is my log file

While in debug mode I launched Netflix from the program|android Apps menu, which launched fine, then I tried to launch it from favorites, which would not work. Hope the log file helps.
I also have a g-box midnight and g-box xD being delivered this coming week, I will test on it also.

Hello,
Same problem here with Gotham Alpha1. When I launch Android apps from Programs they launch fine. I set them as favourites, then I try to launch them from the favourites list, and it does nothing or in some cases it crashes XBMC.
