xbmc cannot play the in_to_tree_320p25_1500.mp4 file without stuttering.
Using a Feb. 15 nightly build didn't help.
The tablet is an Insignia Flex from Best Buy. System specs are around 660M memory and a TI OMAP 4428 processor, running Android 4.0.3.
Testing other files suggests that the problem is a general speed problem, not a problem with this particular file, and debugging shows over 75% CPU usage on both CPUs. vlc plays this file (and its 480p version) fine; xbmc seems much slower. Hardware acceleration is off in both programs.
