Is there a place to download Eden? - Racemedic - 2013-02-19 I am in a time crunch and need to set up a buddies HTPC today. It is a long drive and I have run out of time to make the Phone based remote work. Unless someone can give me a hand with that. Could someone please let me know where I can find a Ver. of Eden 11 to put on there and get working while I work on the remote problem? RE: Is there a place to download Eden? - Kib - 2013-02-19 you could just use Yatse, it works fine with XBMC Frodo. RE: Is there a place to download Eden? - Racemedic - 2013-02-19 I am unsure of how to set it up. any help would be great as I really like Frodo. the network settings have all changed and I dont know what I have to do to make the phone and the computer to pair up again. I was using the wifi before and the set up was not too bad. Mind you I walked my way though it using a how to. RE: Is there a place to download Eden? - Kib - 2013-02-19 In XBMC: - Go to Network Settings and enable the http option and the option for remote apps to control the system. - Use a username and password that are easy to remember. I have port 8080, user xbmc and pass 1234 On your phone: - Install Yatse (http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=117885) - Start yatse up and add a host, using your XBMC ip address, the same port, user and pass. Enjoy. edit: here is a youtube video explaining it for XBMC on a Raspberry Pi - the process is identical RE: Is there a place to download Eden? - Ned Scott - 2013-02-19 Also, Eden for Android does not exist. |
