ACI (Autoinstall preconfigured XBMC + more) - lewy20041 - 2013-03-11
Additional Content Installer Auto installs and configure XBMC,
MX Player and DTS codec for use With HD/SD videos.
It adds TVLauncher, Onlive and other additional apps.

manualy aftrer fresh firmware install)
install:
-open "Aditional Content Installer" folder and install MoboroboSetup.exe
-connect your device with pc using otg port
-on device go to settings->Usb and check Connect to PC
-if you will be asked for drivers point to RockusbDriver in "Aditional Content Installer" folder
-run "ACI by lewy20041.exe"
-hit enter and wait
-after your device will reboot you are good to go
-if some app ask for permisions select "grant"
-if you want to unhide status bar at startup go to Hide Bar app and uncheck auto hide bar at startup,
you can unhide the bar useing mouse (just grab the battom of the screean and slide it up

Is this compatible with the Marvell Armada 1500 SoC that is used in the Vizio Co-Star GTV?

it shoud.
but for hardware different than rk3066 it will have limited functionality
it will only install preconfigured xbmc, mx player and hide bar.
