Can you change the movie set color from yellow to some other color, perhaps green? I'm thinking it would be nice if we could differentiate sets from unseen movies. (Maybe XBMC don’t allow that?)

nope, it's not possible to change the color.
unseen movies shouldn't have a yellow case btw.
they should be blue if it's a blu-ray rip and brown for dvd's.

I meant the case is yellow until I start the movie for the first time, at which point the case turns blue (if it's a Blu-ray movie) and black (if it's a DVD).
