playback the beginning of recording in progress - waspie - 2013-10-18
I tried searching, but the terms are too broad or I just can't get the right keywords.
I want to know if I can do this:
set a recording for say. 9pm on myth.
Recording starts fine, its now 9:18pm and I want to watch the program that's currently recording from the beginning.
How do I start watching that recording from the beginning?
Things in progress don't show up as "recordings" until they are finished.
Is this possible?

It is possible, I do it every day. For me recordings in progress do show up under recordings. I am on Mythtv .27 and cmyth 1.6.12.
