I just upgraded from Gotham to Kodi RC2. I think T! 6.0.8, but I'll have to check.
I needed to update the content of a video file folder, but instead of choosing between "Musicvideos", "Movies" and "TVShows" I could choose between options like "?0?" and "1?"
Changing to Confluence solved the problem, but I thought you should know. If you can't reproduce the thing, I can upload photo and log when I come back to the pc (Win7).

if you just updated to kodi, you need to update T! as well.
the current version of Transparency! is 7.0.4
it could take a while before the skins gets updated automatically (max. 24 hours after the update to kodi)
to speed up this process, you can force a refresh of the addon repo:
