Customize Buttons / Actions - tojo2503 - 2015-01-30
Hello,
I'm trying to customize the actions performed when I press a button on the remote.
With a Keyboard it is noch problem using the keyboard.xml, but where do I add the commands for the app and how do I know the names of the buttons? I couldn't find anything, I suppose it has to be added in the <remote> oder <universalremote> in the keyboard.xml?. (see: http://kodi.wiki/view/keymap)
Is it just the standard "remote" (I tried, but it didn't work) or do I have to do something else (in the lirc or whereever?).

Sadly you can't, because the app remote button are linked to specific json calls.

Thanks for the reply. That is a real letdown. I thought everything could be customized. Is there a workaround or the possibility to add a feature like this?
