I dont know alot about xml or kodi skinning; I just wanted to change some stuff around, i was wondering if someone could help me out a bit?
How can I shift the icons more to the right ?
And am I able to hide the clock when in the that view?

You can disable the RSS feed in the settings.

I know,
but i would still have it visible on home, just not in the library/wall_view.
