KODI Remote does not filter or apply markup from M3U in Channel List - bogometer - 2015-07-10
KODI REMOTE, M3U, IOS, SIMPLETV, BOLD, ITALICS, COLOR Cross Posted from SimpleTV as it seems the bug is in the KODI IOS Remote.
If you use an M3U list with IP Simple TV (another user tells me the same thing happens with yatse) which contains entries like the following

http://255.255.255.255/stream/foo.m3u8?barThe channel list in KODI 14.2 web gui correctly shows the entry as 'Investigation Discovery' in lightgreen, italicized and bolded.
But when using the latest official Kodi Remote for IOS with this KODI installation, the channel list shows (literally)

Investigation Discovery
Either filter out the markup or apply it in the IOS client. As it stands the channel list is unreadable on IOS Phone when markup is used.
